Id find 40 men and 20 women. a nice balcony to sniper zack, extra junk to barricade against raiders and a Telivision with a dvd player to keep everyone in check and sane. some shovels to dig tunnels ill think of more stuff but I am tired

I plan on having a rooftop farm with vegetable patches and a few chickens. Fresh eggs for mealtimes and a nice roast chicken every now and then.
I would probably try and get a few things to do that I do on a regular basis such as a BBQ and pool table (which could prove awkward I know). Also I would get a guitar or two and grab any books and board games I find to keep spirits up. |

Salmon pink walls with dark green floors and light green ceilings.
I would also want to disguise the entrance to my hideout, so that it looked like a tree, with an underground tunnel, so that any raiders would give up in the process, while giving me laughs. If possible, I may eventually add book shelve passage ways. It would be awesome. All of these are usable without electricity, and lockable from the inside (though quite a pain to build).
