Is your plan dependent on zombies in your home town, or anywhere?
Home town. I live in the country, and it's hard for zombies to scale mountians, even non-steep, low ones.
Will you be staying in your home or headed somewhere else?
I will barricade myself in my basement, as it has only two doors, two three-inch windows, stairs, a freezer, a pantry, internet access, books, and is made of concrete.
If you're heading out, how do you plan to get there? If I head out, which I would not, I would take the neighbor's horse and trample the zombies.

How will you communicate with the outside world, or do you plan to go the hermit route?
Internet connection=communication with the outside world.
How are you planning to get food and water?
I will have enough food and water stored to last a month, once that ends, I will see if the zombies are gone. If so, I will rob the neighbor's houses, unless they are still there, alive, in which case I will invite them to my barricaded basement unless they know that the zombie threat has been extinguished.
What's your weapon of choice?
Ax, normally used for chopping wood. Anything heavy in the room.
Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that?

Are you willing to hook up with other survivors?
Yes. More people, less Z-Bs. Also they will probably have weapons, and if more people are there the more easily we can barricade the property.
Is your plan based on a book/movie/blog/scientist we may have heard of?
Nope.
