Plus they have a man made mountain that you could get on and and it looks at the main doors. The second floor would be a easy spot to hold out and get rid of the stairs. This could be considered as a prime area for a military/counter-attack location, when survivors will have to take up arms and attack the zombies. Do you find this valuable?
