1. It's a zombie
2. It's eyes are dysfunctional
   
3. It's teeth have been sharpened so It can bite
4. It's got a bigger nose so it can smell
5. It has blood dripping from it's mouth from eating flesh(zombies don't have table manners)
6. It's got cuts from people slashing at it(note that they're on the head)
7. It is skinny because it doesn't eat
