That's the impression I'm getting... I tried reading the Kentucky Page, and only got to the beginning of the 3rd page, and seems like its Somerset.
I live in Georgetown (will soon be Richmond), so its not a far drive... But when Z-Day hits, that 1 hour-1.5 hour drive will turn into a LOT longer. But I have grandparents that live in Somerset with a good size arsenal, but I don't know how much will be left... Hopefully he finds a place to BI. His place sucks for that. But some of Somerset I see as good: At some places (like near the mall by the Food Lion), it goes from city to pretty big fields pretty quickly, so some good escape routes. I do think Eastern KY would be good, in the Appalachian, because, well, hiding in the mountains. But I don't know much about that. So basically, head to Somerset when **** goes down?

Phew. I thought that KFC would go out of business on z-day until i heard this. BTW: That was not a joke. I cannot and will not imagine life without KFC.

its a rendezvous point because its a sub rural town. not very populated. its got guns from walmart. pawn shops with guns. four grorcery stores. and dozens of roads to rendezvous to people with.easy driving distance varius places. not incredibly far away from cincinati. if there is anyone near this area send me afriend request and we will talk about cynthiana.

Ky may be better off than the plain states for mentality and terrain. Farming present in many farm towns in fact my town i have begun to plan for a defences can be very simple. Mountains and hills can herd zombies into killing zones or show where walls should be erected.
