This RVE is a public park close to where I used to live. It's fairly easy to access and is in an area that allows many ways to vacate the area if needed. It's simply a meeting ground if those in need are short on supplies or have injured. Any groups of survivors will be required to hand over the weapons for a brief period of time while their motives are assessed and a course of action is decided.
