Nominee Nominated By Reasons
John_234 Freelancer47 FL47: I removed my nomination of John234 from Chief Whip to this nomination:

well known, well liked, wise, knowledgeable, determined, sticks to what's right. This person has been here long enough to know how things run on this site. He's as passionate about ZSDW as any frequent contributor. He can lead this site to better things & make more of it then it currently is.

Chief Whip The user must have served 6 months on the Moderation team. Duties include keeping the other Moderators in line.
Nominee Nominated By Reasons
John_234 StrykerPez, Inu-dude25 A very active and well known admin, fits the position perfectly.

Inu-dude25- John's always been humble and fair with his power, he seems perfectly fit for the job.
DevilNuts John_234,
Inu-dude25
He practically does this role already. Has a by the book honor and expects the best out of the staff. Has a no BS policy on power abuse.
A clear choice.
Inu-dude25- Nuff said.

I do much of this role already, and despise unfair punishment.

Inu-dude25- His vast amounts of work on this site speak for themselves. I can think of no one better for the job.

MODERATOR POSITIONS

Minister of Finance Looks after the ZSDW funds, online store, etc.
Nominee Nominated By Reasons
SuperSolderRCP *myself* Have always been active with this site, Know all the moderators, Ex Moderator myself, And have proven that im trustworthy and reliable with this kind of power
Drewblet Myself I make money telling others how to make money online. In order to do that, I need to be (and am) intimately familiar with the many ways to make money online and the systems, such as Paypal, Clickbank and online stores, that run them.

I'm already in charge of marketing the wiki, so I know exactly where a lot of the money will be going, and where most of it will be coming from. I've got a fair number of product ideas, too, and I'm honestly quite dedicated to helping the wiki expand.

p.s. Sorry if I sound narcissistic; I was just trying to list my qualifications and it wound up looking like bragging. . . It ain't.

Foreign Secretary Develops and strengthens ties with other sites and advertises ZSDW; works with Wetpaint to solve problems.
Nominee Nominated By Reasons
Freelancer47 timberrattler,
Inu-dude25,
John_234
A better choice for this position I cannot imagine. This is a guy who would be enthusiastic about spreading the word about our site and promoting it.
Inu-dude25- I couldn't agree more. He'd make an excellent diplomat and would be a fantastic representative for this site.

John: Few other people are as reasonable as him, great choice.

Chief of Communications / Deputies of Communications Duties include moderating discussions in the forums, deleting old threads, and locking threads.
Nominee Nominated By Reasons
StrykerPez for Chief Of Communications Myself (by recommendation of others on the site), Freelancer47, Carnack (I agree with FL47),
Inu-dude25
I have been a longtime member and even longer time lurker. I have been around since the first days. This site is my passion, a second only to preparing for survival. I have the experience to navigate Wetpaint, having created a fairly successful site myself. I am an organization fanatic, and cleaning up the clutter that is many of the pages on this site would be a fun task for me. I am also one of the more active members on the Discussion Forums and can keep an eye on the goings on there. I am fair and level headed, but will take no crap from abusive new users and I also have a decent repertoire with many of the other moderators and admins.
FL47: brings practical & levelheaded information to the site. He's almost a mini-DN. Currently set up to deal with the EOTW. Read his postings on the thread "Are Tactical vests a good idea?". He's post #72. He changed the thread after that post.
Inu-dude25- A more respectable member on this site is hard to come by, and he knows how to communicate and get a point across without being rude or volatile in any way. A better choice would be **** hard to come by.
Freelancer47 StrykerPez,
Inu-dude25,
John_234
Has a clear and intelligent thought process. Takes no crap. Reliable.
Inu-dude25- He's level headed, honest, and upfront. I think he's perfect for this position.

John: Like I said, reasonable, knowledgable, and the farthest thing from prideful.
TimberRattler StrykerPez, John234, freelancer47,
Inu-dude25,
Myself
FL47: great all around guy. Has experience with Firearms, Farming, and more. Know's when to BS, know's when to put his foot down. Makes good threads: "Urban Trapping" is a favorite of mine. Click on his name, view his contributions. I haven't found bad info yet!

John: Timber is a guy that never loses his head. He never resorts to anger, and can get across a positive or negative point without any kind of expletives or insults. He's diplomatic and is humble if ever proven wrong.
Why the hell not?

Inu-dude25- You'd have one hell of a time finding anyone more straightforward, honest, and down to earth as timber. He tells it like it is and he's a wealth of knowledge. To not appoint him would be a disgrace to the site.

Timber: I'm humbled by all the kind words that have been said. I was taken back when my name came up for a moderator position. It would be an honor to help this site live up to its full potential. Lets work together to make it a fun and informative place to visit.
Carnack StrykerPez Thoughtful, concise, and an active member

Director of Information / Monitors of Information Duties include page clean up, organization, and tasking.
Nominee Nominated By Reasons
Whybother08 Myself The site layout has always has always been a little funky, but it killed me that I didn't have the tools required to fix it. (couldn't move pages, etc.). I am often on-line and could (be taught how to) help around the forums a bit, too.
PedroAsani for Director of Information Freelancer 47, StrykerPez, Carnack,
Inu-dude25
FL47: "The Panic". That page alone should put him in the running. The Panic should be a must read for any newcomer to this site, right after the Terms & agreements page. You don't need a fortress island to survive, you just need to know what NOT to do!
John_234 for Director of Information John_234,
Inu-dude25
I've been working on weapons and equipment pages for quite a long time. I did a major re-haul on the page organization and have one planned for equipment pages as well. Neat freak and OCD up the arse, good at organization.
DeathSeekrAkodo (nominated self) I'm good with organization and flow of information. I'm not interested in being the director but maybe a position under it lol. I've got lots of ideas for ZSDW and would love the chance to improve it, even if its in just the smallest way.
Inu-dude25 Myself I too suffer with OCD to some degree, and would be glad to help clean up the site and do the general grunt work.

Monitor of Codexial Affairs In charge of the fiction section of the site as well as page organization.

Nominee Nominated By Reasons
John_234 John_234,
Inu-dude25
timberrattler,
Freelancer47
Writing is one of the few things I've been (told that I'm) good at. I love writing, reading, critiquing, anything. I've written a lengthy fiction on here already, regularly write poetry, and have worked with quite a few other people to help improve their writing.

I'm picky with grammar, and always striving to improve my own work. Helping other writers is very satisfying to me.

I'm a speedy reading and easily immerse myself in fiction. It is very hard to drive me away with poor writing, and I don't mind editing on demand.

FL47: He's been writing fiction longer than I have been on this site.

Miscellaneous

Nominee Nominated by Reason
Inu-dude25 (for transportation) Myself, Freelancer47, timberrattler Transportation is a big interest of mine and I did a minor overhaul of the page before it was taken down. I'd be glad to maintain those pages and keep them as clutter free and factual as possible.
FL47: Much like the candidates for the Codex Minister, if he want's the job he should take it. I think Inu-dude & PedroAsani would make a good team on this.

timberrattler: A great choice for this position. This is the guy I go to for answers when I have questions about vehicles and I've been turning wrenches since before he was born. Good man for the job.
Pedro Asani (for transportation) Inu-dude25 As FreeLancer47 said, Pedro would be very good in this position, and would be a good partner in maintaining this section of the wiki.
