I always liked the idea that some zombies in movies just crave flesh that isnt infected including animals. In some animals are ignored. Honestly I hate the idea of zombie animals. I like the Solanum idea that the virus kills anything but only reanimates humans.

Reverse zoonosis is doubtful and not possible in its present strain. Since I have more faith in animals than humans I doubt they would hunt people. I must admit if I am going to be taken out I'd rather my lab did it than some pus head
