PS. i'm taking into account that most zombies can probably run, and go by noise and sightUnlike some people on here i'm not very well off.. i'll be honest, i have no guns, no good knives, and about the only thing i have that's good to break someones skull is hammers and tools.
My house is right on the way to the one coast (gold coast) the whole of the eastern states are going to want to run to, and i'm right on the border of our great capital (people want to run a la going past the border a la zombies chasing them)
But the good thing is that i can see my school from my house, and like all schools are these days, it has everything. (massive fences around everything only doors without handles exposed, bus, loading bay, medecine, more food, steel doors)

anyway the fence is easy to climb (we do this because we lose balls in the bike rack with the same fence) and the doors are fkng easy to card, you can get through it a guitar string to.
anyway the weapons i have are maybe a couple of good wrenches, 2 hammers and bolt cutters. anyway here's how we start, first we hear about holy **** ******* zombies omg, then we load our ute with our food/water/misc, it takes about 30 seconds to a minute to get over the loading bay fence, cut the bolt off the padlock holding the gate, back the ute in then we'll lock the gate with one of our padlocks (********* neighborhood my stuff keeps getting taken the worst was one of my good bikes :( )

Anyway there's a shipping crate at the dock we can get the car behind so no one will know we're there/try get our stuff while we're seeing if theres any zombies in the school, if there is well you know same old same old if we end up being **** at killing zombies i guess we were already dead when the outbreak happened lol.
anyway there's a maintenance kind of room in the library it's about as big as my lounge we can get everything in there (the food and that) go around to weak points barricade them with the tables (and oh yes we have a nailgun :) ) then barricade everything else with whatever we find, get back to the maintenance room and nail some tables at the door and top of the staircase then stay there (up to 2 weeks, we keep lots of water :) ) till everyone buggers off.

Once everything has cleared up (stay in the school?? **** no!) we'll go outside to the bay, there's a window in the canteen (no worries the canteens like a tank like the rest of our school lol) and see if the utes still there and everything looks good, then we can go around the roofs looking over our suburb we'd see what's going on ie. take the road left or rightt? lol.
Once that happens (we get on the road again).. Victoria ohh yes :) either way we go left or right it's a main road (if it's blocked we would've seen it and gone off road onto another section) that goes on a highway right down into the middle of nowhere ie. no road blocks less zombies, and if it's blocked 1 i don't think so there's really not that many cars that could all build up at that one point, and 2 we have a hilux ute (bullbar, bigger tyres (proper BFgoodrich's), spotties, 20 litre jerrys plus the other cans in the shed that well obviously we would have put on before (6 of them plus maybe 8 cans?

) i don't think off roading will kill it :)
Anyway once we get on that highway we'll avoid the 3 towns that are any worry buy going offroad past them, from there we can get to Mallacoota wich yes it is a cost town no we're not looking to steal any boats allthough if theres a cabin cruiser yeww yeww! anyway gabo island is just along the coast from there, there's a lake near that that has pure drinkng water, gabo island itself is literally half a kilometre off the mainland wich means there's no trouble in getting across to it and setting up there
Now by that time we would still have all to most of our canned food (the perishables would last 2 weeks in the school), our drinking water we would have filled up at the lake before hand, everyone in mallacoota would have gone to sea allready and if they thought the same as us(went to the island) then
hey mate want us to load a ute full of good **** onto your boat? :)
anyway there's a lighthouse on the island,

an air strip, 3 houses(with rock walls) and probably some more food, endless water is but 700 metres away and we can watch the mainland by shifts at night, our supplies when we get to that stage would be our canned food plus whatever we get from the lighthouse, water about 100 litres? a ute with probably half to a quarter tank, tent, clothes, seeds, tools (lots and all kinds auto, general, garden
:) ), CB radio from the ute, chain, rope, **** we got from the school, lights ie. flashlights to spotties (for patroling the shore at night), a spare car battery and one from the ute (so no one can take it), a 240v inverter for 12 volt batterys ie. car batterys, and our fully sick solar powered car battery charger haha it takes fcking ages.
And then from there on our time there is indefinite, with plan B we can go to some of the farms up north.
