One Mile RunThis is a featured page

The one mile run is a unlimited time amount challenge. All you have to do is run a mile in any amount of time. The purpose of this challenge is to increase long distance endurance. This skill is hardly useless especially in case of runners. The one mile run is about 1.609347 kilometers for those who don't use miles. Please in the name of whatever god or whatever you pray to and if you don't pray then in the name of life DO NOT, I REINFORCE AND REPEAT, DO NOT DO THIS WITHOUT WATER A HAT AND A NICE COOL DAY. THIS CAN KEEP YOU ALIVE NOT DURING ZOMBIE ATTACKS BUT DURING THE ACTUAL RUN.

Could you do a seprate chart for running with a pack? Because if you carry a pack with any weight to it, it'll slow you down.
