PT is essential for surviving in a infected world. Whether it be runners or walkers good physical condition is important. That is why I am encouraging a PT challenge. Any member can participate just send your numbers to me(roxas33)and I will put them up here. Why is it like this you may ask simple really to make sure there is no cheating.See the physical training page for detailed ways to train. It is general training but can help with this challenge. Please see the individual challenge pages for more info. Also message me if you want to add a challenge. I will message you back a yes or nay.

Jumping Jacks
Sit ups

push ups=83 in 2 minutes sit ups=79 in 2 minutes 2 mile=12:33 |

Is there a time limit on the sit-ups,push-up.and JJ's? In the army we were given two minutes to reach the minimum required.
