Cool post! I too support the idea of PT I personally workout 6-7 days a week about 2-3 hours a day. (lots of cardio) (I only do that 2 weeks at a time but still...)
Any standards for those of us that pump Iron?.. My goals for this year are 500 for the DL and a 280 bench. Mebby a power to weight ratio?. |
