Cool post! I too support the idea of PT I personally workout 6-7 days a week about 2-3 hours a day. (lots of cardio) (I only do that 2 weeks at a time but still...)
Any standards for those of us that pump Iron?.. My goals for this year are 500 for the DL and a 280 bench. Mebby a power to weight ratio?.

i really like this challenge, i had 300+ PT score (APFT) including a 13.00 flat 2 mile, 97 pushups, and 94 sit-ups (in 2 minutes each) however bragging about the past does nothing for me now, i haven't exercised in about a month except pushups and sit-ups before bed :) as a matter of fact my profile pic is from a competition earlier on this year

How many kilometers is that? I'm Canadian, I don't use miles.

Canadian's any good flat land that is clear for a miles (kilometers) around? I have settled on kansas/Nebraska for my fortress in wwz. Just need a fall back plan. I plan on using flat land as a natural detection system.

Is there a time limit on the sit-ups,push-up.and JJ's? In the army we were given two minutes to reach the minimum required.

I'm active duty navy. My PRT or physical readiness test for the "non-squiddies" is an overall excellent low. Push-ups and sit-ups are in a 2min time limit, i can do 80 push-ups/72 sit ups and i can run a mile and a half in 10mins, 24 seconds. I'm also 28 years old, 220 lbs. feel free to send me a personal message, and i can help get you "ship-shape" real quick with easy excercises that gradually increase.
