Currently I have several alerts set up on various news feeds, looking for any suspicious activity that might point to an outbreak, military activity or any other suspicious circumstances. Even the weather channels, just in case there is a superstorm brewing in the Atlantic.

These parts of the plan are designed to be self-contained for Class 1 and 2 outbreaks, as well as the starting points of preparation for Class 3 and 4.
