Watch towers aren't really needed. The wall is only two feet high on the base side, so everyone can see over it fine. The day and night guards will be at the four corners of the top tier, which is 58' above ground level.

There are also two guards, one at the first tier and one at the second tier. They will be there mostly to operate the gates if needed, otherwise they can keep an eye on the livestock. Since I still have electricity, we can use CB radios for everyone to communicate. Guard shifts and positions are discussed in Part 4. This thread is really about Part 3: Food.

If I were to build towers, they would cast long shadows, which would be bad for the crop area, and bad for the solar panels on the roofs. The four guards on the top tier have a 58' elevation already, and any more would be a trade in clarity for distance. At 100', they would likely miss threats, since they would appear to be so small, and difficult to spot.
