Well, some love em, some hate em. Personally, I think there's a reason why none of them are still in production, and there's a reason why Oldsmobile (along with Pontiac, Saturn and Hummer), the Bravada's builder isn't around anymore.

And, there's a reason why you can get parts for any of them in any parts store. Because generally there's money to be made supplying parts for them in any parts store.

Personally, I'd sacrifice the nominal V8 power (not like GM had them well tuned anyway) for a bit better economy and reliability, and look towards a Forester instead. Get one with a five speed and you can still work it and it's got all wheel drive and plenty of storage for a small ute.

Exactly, use the pickup as a mobile base of fire that gives your marksmen limited protection from the zombies with a slightly elevated firing spot with which to protect the other members of your group.

@ fixdeluxe1- Sure, you "can" convert them, but do you know how to so, right now? Do you have an FAL or G3 on hand withe necessary firing setup, right now? And for that matter, do you want an automatic FAL? There's a reason why the British exported full-auto FAL's while equipping their soldiers with semi-auto versions. They're a terrible full-auto weapon because they were built for a smaller round than what they're firing.

Also, Norinco's are largely banned because the ATF busted them illegally importing full-auto AK clones back in the nineties. And if they're firearms are built like most other things I have at hand that are "made in china" no thanks, I kind of like being alive.
