If you're good at something like Tobi is good at being a engineer you can raise that skill each week. or doing missions for your group. And get to do extra stuff.

Lvl.1 Barricades/Forts.
lvl.2 Simple pipe bombs/ small radio.
lvl.3 heat sensing Cameras/Hotwire
