Why I think the Locks would Work

The Reason I believe the Locks would be a smart place for Zombie defense is, If you've ever been to a Lock you know what that it's for getting boats to different water levels. In thise case the Boat Dock is on a lake and the lake's water level is a little higher than the Puget Sound and so they open up 1 door and the boats go into this chamber and they close the gate, Then they wait for a while so the chamber can loss some water to be equal with the Puget Sound and then they open the door connecting the Puget Sound with the Lock and the boats go on down. I think you could just open up the gates and let the water flow and any zombies that try to go accross will just get carried away by the current. And when you need supplies you can go secure the bridges on the other side were the water isn't flowing and get supplies. There is a station that controls the Bridges and that would bewere you sleep eat and purify your water. Since it's on the sound it would take a lot of purification though.






Pros
-Tons of water around you could purify
-You would have access to a lot of large ships in case you have to leave
-The rushing current would sweep away tons of Zombies
