could you list some methods available to us, non government entities, not allowed to possess nerve agents, biological agents, daisy cutters, explosives, or nukes.
and we wouldn't want to massacre people just cause they would probably get bitten and turn into a zombie. The Serbian government might gas their people with RVX, but there is like, no way I am going to gas people.

On to zombie sterilization, drive around on a fast vehicle dropping cans of Raid everywhere. So long as you do things properly (ie. make sure multiple cans together, wind, letting it all out, and such). If done properly, you might just kill something. Credit goes to the ZSDW member who said about how Raid was a mild nerve agent and all that in his plan to hit up the local wal-mart without getting killed.
