As you can see my defensive comprise of Three main area's ( four you you count my fortified base its self)
Defensive post 1- Is a simple combination of a trench/earth wall setup. All trenches are 10 feet deep and all earth walls are 10feet high. This meaning that any zombie to fall in will not be getting out unless we take it out( only after cremation). The trench is first followed by the earth wall with troops can be stationed on top of it.
Defensive post 2- Is more complex but if they manage to get there its not the end. This is a series of defensive post. Special set 1 is a combinations of a chain-link fence, bobbed wire, and cars (all filled with gas and explosives) 150 feet away it a series of tower with snipers and flame-throwers. Between each tower will be a concrete flood ties, chain-link fences , and metal barricades. Bridges will connect all the tower and feed straight back to the main base should they be over-run ( towers will have explosives set to destroy bridges so zombies can't use them)
Defensive post 3- final outer defensive line is a series of 3 earth walls 7feet tall and 2 trenches 7feet deep each trench will be filled with a combination of 1/3 ratio of gas/water to burn them then if they breach this line, I hope you will all help me.
Final Defensive post 4- Main base building are 2 stories, all base floor windows will have metal house/door gates and have sliding metal covers (like Will Smith did in I Am Legend) all doors will be the same. if they push us out I'll have a group of trucks ready to move and I'll head to fall backs in either Santa Fe, NM (try to find alicestar ) or I'll fall back to my family in Santa Cruz, CA they live 2 blocks from the water.

(I took a little off of spore zombie’s city plans cuz he’s that cool)
Government: Tri-person dictatorship fused with a communism/democracy mix. Reason is that people who know about zombies and are educated in those ways will be more taken care of, more so then the others that don’t. As of course me and my 2 best friends who are ready for Z-day will be in charge (leaders). Everyone will work evenly and make almost the same everyday. Some make more then others but everyone has to work the same amount of hours and there is little to no freedom within the first several months/years (Total dictatorship/Communist State). After the government is stable and people works evens out a full flip will be made into a democracy. Social Ladder (of importance)(pyramid format)
People will have rights just like modern day times some rights will be restriced and some more relaxed. Here are some basic rights All people have the right to speech, press, assembly, own property, and financial freedom. People have the right to change jobs every annual evaluation if there is openings. People will not be forced to quarter soldiers(although they can at 20dollars a day)
Economy: Will be heavily based in Agriculture and Military. All sections of the economy are Agriculture, Manufacturing, Military, Public Service, and Scouts/Diplomats. Currency will be Value able items like Precise Metals, Metals, or United States Dollars ( I know most currency rates off the top of my head so if you from another country your OK). All items are given to a central bank within the colony. Once enough Trade-able items, currency, and metals are gathered they are given to citizen to start economy. Taxes are applied to Income and sale. Pay is given weekly 4 times a month. Children are allowed to work but cannot work dangerous jobs(active military, farming etc) until 15 years of age. They can work with military reserves or manufactering but not active or wall front. Tax for income is 40% at the end of the month a certain amount is charged to the merchants. Although Taxes are high Every Year 1week a year carnival is held with Reduce Everything and no sales tax or income tax is applies to that one week. Like New years day for 7days. During that week all paychecks are doubled, also 30% of the total taxes are given back as “raises” at the end of the year. As for prices of food Farmers will set price. (Hay they spent the time to grow it they can set a reasonable price.) Each section get so much money to spend here’s a Break Down.(as bad as it sound the first month people will only get what I give them they will have no freedom at all until defensive are set and basic colony survival items are made)(taxes are used for supplies and are not counted toward paychecks)
Agriculture-45% as I’m in the Desert this is more important
Manufacturing-15%-Weapons, Consumer goods, Storage
Military-25% includes pretty much anything to due with outside the colony-Mec services
Public Services- 10% Police, Firefighter, Doctors, utilities, people of that stature
Scouts/Diplomats-5% or less Scouts just look for other colonies
Agriculture will fluctuate between 45-55% depending on growth, otherwise each area lost 2.5% of its income People get paid weekly the bare min will be $50 a week no less. Soldiers get no pay check if they have gone on any mission within the week as they can collect cash and goods from the outside world. Any Soldier who finds money outside the colony gets to keep it, but are only allowed so many missions a month.(also based on area’s scouted), Lets say I have 500 people here’s how many people will be employed in general for each area. Agriculture-300people Manufacturing-25people Military-150(will be lower because this includes men and women. Women will not be allowed to join the military) Public services-15people Scouts/Diplomats-10people 100 is the margin of error for children that are to young or people that are to old to work or in a ratio format if it works better. Ratios are based off agriculture Military 1 to undefined Manufacturing 1/12 Public services 1/20 (there should always be 3police officers, 3firefighters and 4 doctors) Scouts/diplomats 1/30 Scouts/diplomats are also medic’s when out on raids. Extra work: people can work on things like digging ditches or low level military work for under the table cash but if the person works on there days off and cannot work the normal 4days assined then they will lose that right for several months.
Farming- I plan to survive by farming along the Rio Grande River. The river is several hunderd miles long reaching all the way to the ocean. Good thing is its undamed until texas so i will always have water. I plan to farm several miles( and i dont mean like 3miles i mean like 50plus miles on both sides maybe more) up and down both sides of the river. Also i plan set the trees apown both sides to flames, with the intent of letting it burn miles in both directions, after about 2weeks of letting it burn to the ground and letting the zeds leave after the fire is set. i will send in military teams and people to scout and kill the last of the zeds and to start the process of putting up chainlink/iron barred fences. After that is done farming will be set up. Wheat, corn, bell pepper, herbs and spices, basic food items. Also i will have several miles of chained area for BUNNIES and BUFFALO( next to a river and lots of food means that i will have fresh meat. )
Private farming- beside having to work regular farming if a group of farmers wish to grow there own food for private use or sell they can. They will be given an area to do so, if they want to grow figs they can but they have to pay for the seeds to be gathers onces grown they can charge any price they wish.
Outside Colony economy: Anything Wanted Outside normal services (I.E, A person wants a bigger house, thus meaning more wood. If they want very fine jewelry, Private Mecs must be hired at a steep Price. Although if wood or items beneficial to expansion are in high enough demand, it will be provided for free through military actions. (Discussed more in-depth later)
Refugee's- I talked to Oddjobbond and he and I think since, he will be one of the colony leader that we will make them preform task/test. Before they take any test they will be secluded. I know it sound bad but its how its going to go down. They will all be placed in a room with food, water, and entertainment. They will all be checked every 3 hours. After 72 hours they can begin to take basic test( and I know some people think this is wrong to do, but get over it. If they have been out there surviving this long 3 days are not going to kill them). They MUST pass a basic test of math and science if 10 and up, if under, no test is needed. Men and women must be able to to pass basic physical fitness. After the testing is done, if they pass they must work a job for a month with pay of $150 min. (thats per person, with children an extra $50) after that they are regular citizens.
Housing: Provided by leaders. You start with a high school classroom (as this is where I will start) there will be anywhere from 6-15 people per room. After rooms are filled, new building and houses will be made. Mostly military or people of importance will want bigger houses, they must get Mecs to get any outside supplies needed (as stated in outside colony economy. All basic housing items provided by the Government unless other-wise stated Colony operations: When it comes to certain areas of operations they will be regulated. Banking-There will be only one bank in the colony the room will be humidified so that the money is ok. The bank, and places were food and goods are sold will be in one area making it easyier on all people. All income and transactions will be kept on computers and paper. My mother was a VP of a new Mexico banking chain so she will be in charge of the banking for the colony. Food-The sales of food will be right next to the bank. During the summer fresh food will be sold at reduced prices, also during summer canned and packaged will be sold but more exspensive.(this is based on summer, winter sales are opposite) Water-Water will be free in the center of the high school is a cresnt moon shaped grass area. Its about half a basket ball court in size. Its only a couple miles from the school to the river. So we said it will be hard but a trench will be dug from the school to the river about 1foot deep or more and a single garden hose will be ran from the cresten to the river once a long line is made it will be covered and be bared underground. Using a pump a contouinous flow of water will be made. Ensureing that we will always have fresh water to drink Medical- When it comes to medical, dental, and vision dortors only get the initial pays . Dental and vison get $100 per person, that includes checks and minor work any major work is the original times 2 ( meaning 100 for start visit and possible 200 or more) although 4days a month they must uphold a 50per person charge. Medical doctors charge $20 per person. They must also uphold a 10per person charge 4days a month. They cannot charge anymore unless they right a prescription. Prescriptions MUST be pass by public affiars assistance. Once approved the command general will determan the price due to they prescription must be gather. The doctor gets a 25percent cut off the total cost of the prescription. Retail Sales-There will be 5 main stores all together. 2stores are for food(perishables and non), one is for everyday items( candles, matches, ect, food and everyday items stores will be adjacent to the bank) one is for mec services, and the other is for all else. Mec services are two store. Mec Stores- When mecs leave on private funded they charge the person a large fee. Well out the mecs gather all the items they can of the item payed for(plus anything else the colony might need) when they return instead of giving the person 100dimond rings they give only one. The second mec store then sells the rings, once all fee and supplies used have been payed for and mec compainsations are cleared, the amount that the original buyer pay is reached they original buyer gets that investment back. Any money made after that goes into the colony, 10% of that goes to the original buyer. The reason is that its like a stock market in a way it encourages people to spend and circulate curreny outside of spending in only food. If any mec is kill the buyer loses EVERYTHING and get nothing not even there money back Private owned businesses- People are required to work atleast 4days a week will get a min of 2days a week off to do as they please(the extra day they can either work for extra pay or take the day off) during their days off they can run there own private bussniess. Example if a man knows how to cut hair in his living quarters he can cut peoples hair and charge any price he wishes. When it comes to private business there will be little to no government interference. The only bussniess that are not allow are prositition, drug/liquor trades, or anything of that nature. Major bussniess. Lets say that hair cutter bussniess could become a everyday job in that case he/she could withdrawal from there old job to open this bussniess in this even the government takes major interest. The bussniess is given a room within the trading center(near the bank and stores) the bussniess then becomes part of the colony stores the store then at this point gets its supplies free though the military but 75% of the profits are taken every month or if taxes cannot be payed the bussniess goes on suspension after 3 suspension the business then again becomes personal High income personal- Lets say a person can sing very well and the entire colony enjoys it. That person may become whats commonly know as a celebrity. Celebrities have to bee approved by the counsel. Only a few celeberties will be allowed at anyone time. Inexchange for the talents they offer that the people enjoy they can host “shows” any income made goes to the colony. Celebs free food and a 10%cut of what ever they make after a certain amount of money is made(example 5000dollars) any money they make will go to the colony, but will be keep on record, think more as after a point celeb loans money to the colony. After which time the government can put a income cap on the indivual( after the cap anymoney in there accounts is credited toward housing)
Education: All people must know basic to advance math/science and combat/firearms training. All Boys must must be trained and spend some time in the reserve military but will have a choice of the 2 main branches if they wish to go active. They have the option of a 3rd but must prove themselves and pass all classes with flying colors, theccy must also know basic construction/survival skills and know how to farm and raise livestock. Girls must know how to farm and raise livestock, Home Economics (cooking and cleaning, boys will need to learn too.. but at a later age). Girls will be REQUIRED to learn medicine. Sports, clubs, or anything they want to do as an outside or inside school activity is OK as long as, I, or a colony leader approves it and the activity has to have a supervisor (children are the most important thing)
Religion: After the sun sets Religion may be practiced but within home or within the Religion Square building. Home or the Religion Square building is only place it may be practiced as I’m not going to spend my peoples time build 9 Churches. All religions can practice at the square but no religion is allowed to build a church. Churches will only be made when money and supplies is big enough to make churches for all religions.
Entertainment: there will be many ways people can entertain themselves. Here are a couple that the government will start with, anything sports and casino games will have bets placed on them like the real deal. Casino games: Poker, blackjack, and the classic find the ball under one of the 3cups. Sports: Basketball, football, and soccer, others will be added as time goes one Track and field, swimming, and things like tag and other kid games. Checkers and chess BB gun shooting but reqires payment to use Military: There the 3 generals each will be in charge of a certain area. The area’s are Defensive general, Assault general, and the Command General. Each will have their own specially designed armies. Each General has an Active and reserve military. the active will comprise of anywhere from 5-10% well the reserve is the reserve. Each general will get a percentage of the military budget. Defensive and command will change based on if the offensive makes money from mec services. The Defensive general is in charge of the defense of the colony and his army will receive 35% of the military budget. The Assault general will be in charge of raid, attack, and Mec services they get 15%, although that’s low they do get income through Mec services. The Command General and is soldier are the head honcho’s thous receiving 50%. What he says goes and is they final word. He is responsible for all military actions of the colony. The other two general must pass all Mission’s and military actions though him or unless they get a council override (Council overrides can veto the Command General but a veto has to have an all to none vote). He’s men are responsible for spying, re-con, R&D and any Special/Covert op missions. When his men are not on re-con or not on a mission, they help to assist in Public Services, or any field which needed there help. Heres a list of military ranks most to least important Command general Defensive/offensive commanders Raid commander/head of security Black ops team members Directional officers/offensive squad leaders Offensive/defensive active squad members Reserve Patrols offensive/defensive Each general has a second in command to help them. The second in commands for the assault general is the raid commander, the head authority on the ground. While for the defense commander their second in command is the head of security. The command general is the lead member of Black Ops team. Also there are commanders of defensive squads patrolling the walls. They are responsible for the safety and security of that wall. The Commanders of each wall will have a fire team or squad to command. The front gate or entrance to the city will have Platoon or a Company if possible (Here’s the break down, this is how the U.S military breaks up its military)
Division: 10,000-20,000 (if I get that high I’m taken over the state)
Brigade: 3000-5000 (with this I’m taken over the city)
Battalion: 300-1000 (a reasonable defense for the colony)
Company: 70-250 (About how many men will guard the front gate on the best)
Platoon: 25-60 (size of raiding parties)
Squad: 8-16 (Mec team sizes and guards per wall)
Fire team: 4-5 (patrol and police teams)
The total active military will be trained in defensive tactics as well as lingo for mission. The army will be spilt in half each general will receive half the active. The defensive general as long as in the best intrest of defense can pull troops temperalliery from the offensive military. But the offensive cannot do the same unless the counsal appoves thr reason. Reason that the defensive general doesn’t need counsal promissionis that all troops should know defensive tactics and I believe defence is most important. Defensive Layout Defensive structures will take weeks to completely construct. First all first fllor wi When Mec’s leave either for private or military raiding they’re supposed to scout and gather items to according to priority, here’s a list(most-least important)
Medical supplies/equipment
Power generation/gasoline/natural gas
Food /water/ livestock
Electrical items/plumbing
Construction materials (wood, metal, Chain link/barred wire)
Working equipment
When squads return home they have to go to a special building just outside of town, where the teams must sit tight for a few days to see if any infections arise if they do they are then quarantined are treated if possible. The team comes back home after that. The defense teams on the wall will have 2 soldier for every 15 feet of wall and is patrolled 24 hours a day (on a Medium State of alertness). Here are a list of codes for military action.

The assault force moves to that side to help if the barbarian’s are un-armed if they are armed they take position around the city, hide all supplies, abandoned the wall with it open and let the barbarians in and ambush them or let them pass. With big daddy the command general is called to assess and talk with them. Zack on the prowl don’t fire. Zack incoming you fire if they get in 15 feet of the first trench or wall
Clothing
All military soldiers or people living the colony will have to wear a special uniform to protect them not only from Zeds but from hostiles as well Military uniforms(unless otherwise stated)
Head- Will wear either a U.S. military army helmet or a dirt bike helmet
Chest- Just a plain T-shirt of any choice covered by a bullet proof vest
Arms- Leather Bracers that cover just the outer part or your arm
Legs- Standard issue U.S army pants in either jungle or desert camo
Feet- Hiking, Steel toe, or US army Combat boot.
Special items- Anything else you wise to take has to be approved by Raid Commander. All Diplomat’s of the teams will carry cigarettes, some cigars, little liquors, and comfort items in case survivors are found. Civilains can wear anything inside the colony if they leave the colony special uniforms depending on jobs will be given
Assault strategies
Level 1 Severity Crimes (Decapitation can be replaced for life in prison if more workers are needed)
Murder: Decapitation
Intentional sabotage of vital equipment: Decapitation
Assassinating or attempting to assassination of anyone: Decapitation
Endangering the town on purpose by any means: Decapitation
Instigating a riot or rebellion-Decapitation
Joining or helping a riot or rebellion: prison for extended period of time
Spying for another colony- Decapitation warning to colony, 2nd offence deceleration of war is declared
Level 2 Severity Crimes
Rape: Prison for life
Assault: 1st offence is a fine and some prison time. 2nd offence prison for 5-10years , 3rd prison for life
Hoarding: Extreme fine and some prison time
Counterfeiting: 1st offence fine, seizer of counterfeited items, and prison time. 2nd time Prison for life
Impersonating a official- Prison for life
Level 3 Severity Crimes
Vandalism: 1-3 offence put in prison for the night, pay fine, and must spend the next day cleaning the city for no pay. 4th offence prison for extended period of time. 5th offence- prison until otherwise stated
Petty Crimes here no need to explain Major roles of leaders When it comes to leaders there are rules, laws, and limitiations to them all Command General- When it comes to the military his word is law. He is incharge of all military actions. He can do anything when it come to the military. The only way he can be overridden in his actions is by the consoul but an all to non vote is needed. His black ops team is the only exception they counsol has no control of the black ops, but they do have control of the offensive and defensive teams. Consoul- there are 5members 2 are preappoined and 3 to be voted on by the people. They control laws and ruling of the colony and really everyday affairs. Their power engulfs the hole colony. Each consoul member has his/her own district of power. Internal affairs-2members will be placed as interal they deal with the economics and everyday workings within the colony External affairs-2members will be placed here, they will deal with the military and agricultural aspects. They will deal with more the military they are the main information highway between the command general and the overall counsoul. Public affairs-1member this person is incharge of complaints or suggestions. Anyone with something that thinks the consoul should deal in talks to this person first. This member also deals with public services and manufacturing Constitution

Rio Rancho High School
Rio Rancho High School this is my absolute best chance at survival. its sis school is about the same size both were made to hold 7k in students(12k with both preforming arts arenas) , i believe it could hold 3k people effectively maybe more also with storage space.As you can see RRHS is located a 1/4 a mile from the nearest housing area(houses are covered by Google sign at the bottom)its sister school is located another 1/2 a mile directly north of this one, with almost the EXACT same layout giving us a huge advantage when seeing the enemies coming to knock on are door. Also both are located on a mesa face, and there are only 3 ways to get up the mesa. The school its self is broken into 7large buildings. As far as i could gather the city/school website and personal knowledge the square footage(only included inside buildings) was 100k sq feet. The 7large buildings are called academies and are listed as follows.
6jThe Basement floor in schematics and Engineering&design have backup generators, to run for a week in case of power outages(good for us)(school used to be the fall back in case of natural disasters, now the sports complex is used)
Schematics- This building is mainly where most math and science rooms are located(bio/chem/physics labs)(also there is a large greenhouse located at the north of the school for the bio classes)
Fine arts-Has a performing arts arena(can hold 3k), building is mainly for the band, choir, arts classes. I figure this is used from moral of my colony as so that young children have something to do.
Engineering & design-This is as the building where robotics classes any thing mechanical is here also there are many astronomy telescope-binoculars are located in this building)(i don’t know why but my cooking lab is located here its has 7 fully equipped kitchens)
Humanities-History and language are located here plus this building also has a radio receiver and broadcaster of the cities radio/TV channel and frequency
Administration-The first and largest building where teacher go. This building has the library, recording room, AV room, cafeteria, entrance to the other building. Something to know my school is every wealthy. All classrooms have at least 2 computers and each building has a computer lab each lab has at least 30computers(2007centeno duel desks donated by the Intel plant within the city)( also the Marine corp. has classes along with several handguns, semi-auto guns, and rifles with hundreds of rounds with a built in shooting range located here. also there’s one in the Engineering & design)
Gym-The gym we have a 3 weight rooms usually they hold 200students at any one time gym is has 3 basketball courts a football stadium and track/soccer fields
Business & Entrepreneur-the Business classes and more math class are offered here along with a book room the size of a Basketball court.
Pro's and Con's
in the part i will talk about the pro/con's in both the school and surrounding area.
Pro's to the school- Large, only way to gain entry to the court yard and thus to the buildings in though the 3steel-reinforce gates at the ends of the courtyard, zombie can go there or though the admin building. Bottom floor doors and windows have steel bars infront or inside so only locking the doors is really needed. Has the area needed along with supplies and generator hookups.plus there is a zoology class and cages that cats and dogs can be put for company.
Pros to area- 1/4 mile from housing area. Sister school is within walking/driving/ even walkie-talkie distance
Cons to school- large school at least 100 or so are needed as basic skeleton crew
Con to area- all walmarts, cosco's, and gun stores(includes the martial arts league-5different martial arts all in the building lol) are atleast a mile away, gas stations are no more the 2 blocks away.

As of course me and my 2 best friends who are ready for Z-day will be in charge (leaders). Everyone will work evenly and make almost the same everyday. Some make more then others but everyone has to work the same amount of hours and there is little to no freedom within the first several months/years (Total dictatorship/Communist State). Economy: Will be heavily based in Agriculture and Military. All sections of the economy are Agriculture, Manufacturing, Military, Public Service, and Scouts/Diplomats. Currency will be Value able items like Precise Metals, Metals, or United States Dollars ( I know most currency rates off the top of my head so if you from another country your OK). All items are given to a central bank within the colony. Once enough Trade-able items, currency, and metals are gathered they are given to citizen to start economy. Taxes are applied to Income and sale. Pay is given weekly 4 times a month. Children are allowed to work but cannot work dangerous jobs(active military, farming etc) until 15 years of age. They can work with military reserves or manufactering but not active or wall front. Tax for income is 40% at the end of the month a certain amount is charged to the merchants. Although Taxes are high Every Year 1week a year carnival is held with Reduce Everything and no sales tax or income tax is applies to that one week. Like New years day for 7days. During that week all paychecks are doubled, also 30% of the total taxes are given back as “raises” at the end of the year. As for prices of food Farmers will set price. (Hay they spent the time to grow it they can set a reasonable price.) Each section get so much money to spend here’s a Break Down.(as bad as it sound the first month people will only get what I give them they will have no freedom at all until defensive are set and basic colony survival items are made)(taxes are used for supplies and are not counted toward paychecks)

Military-25% includes pretty much anything to due with outside the colony-Mec services
Public Services- 10% Police, Firefighter, Doctors, utilities, people of that stature

Agriculture will fluctuate between 45-55% depending on growth, otherwise each area lost 2.5% of its income People get paid weekly the bare min will be $50 a week no less. Soldiers get no pay check if they have gone on any mission within the week as they can collect cash and goods from the outside world. Any Soldier who finds money outside the colony gets to keep it, but are only allowed so many missions a month.(also based on area’s scouted), Lets say I have 500 people here’s how many people will be employed in general for each area. Agriculture-300people Manufacturing-25people Military-150(will be lower because this includes men and women. Women will not be allowed to join the military) Public services-15people Scouts/Diplomats-10people 100 is the margin of error for children that are to young or people that are to old to work or in a ratio format if it works better. Ratios are based off agriculture Military 1 to undefined Manufacturing 1/12 Public services 1/20 (there should always be 3police officers, 3firefighters and 4 doctors) Scouts/diplomats 1/30 Scouts/diplomats are also medic’s when out on raids. Extra work: people can work on things like digging ditches or low level military work for under the table cash but if the person works on there days off and cannot work the normal 4days assined then they will lose that right for several months.
Farming- I plan to survive by farming along the Rio Grande River. The river is several hunderd miles long reaching all the way to the ocean. Good thing is its undamed until texas so i will always have water. I plan to farm several miles( and i dont mean like 3miles i mean like 50plus miles on both sides maybe more) up and down both sides of the river. Also i plan set the trees apown both sides to flames, with the intent of letting it burn miles in both directions, after about 2weeks of letting it burn to the ground and letting the zeds leave after the fire is set. i will send in military teams and people to scout and kill the last of the zeds and to start the process of putting up chainlink/iron barred fences. After that is done farming will be set up. Wheat, corn, bell pepper, herbs and spices, basic food items. Also i will have several miles of chained area for BUNNIES and BUFFALO( next to a river and lots of food means that i will have fresh meat. )
Private farming- beside having to work regular farming if a group of farmers wish to grow there own food for private use or sell they can. They will be given an area to do so, if they want to grow figs they can but they have to pay for the seeds to be gathers onces grown they can charge any price they wish.
Outside Colony economy: Anything Wanted Outside normal services (I.E, A person wants a bigger house, thus meaning more wood. If they want very fine jewelry, Private Mecs must be hired at a steep Price. Although if wood or items beneficial to expansion are in high enough demand, it will be provided for free through military actions. (Discussed more in-depth later)
Refugee's- I talked to Oddjobbond and he and I think since, he will be one of the colony leader that we will make them preform task/test. Before they take any test they will be secluded. I know it sound bad but its how its going to go down. They will all be placed in a room with food, water, and entertainment. They will all be checked every 3 hours. After 72 hours they can begin to take basic test( and I know some people think this is wrong to do, but get over it. If they have been out there surviving this long 3 days are not going to kill them). They MUST pass a basic test of math and science if 10 and up, if under, no test is needed. Men and women must be able to to pass basic physical fitness. After the testing is done, if they pass they must work a job for a month with pay of $150 min. (thats per person, with children an extra $50) after that they are regular citizens.
Housing: Provided by leaders. You start with a high school classroom (as this is where I will start) there will be anywhere from 6-15 people per room. After rooms are filled, new building and houses will be made. Mostly military or people of importance will want bigger houses, they must get Mecs to get any outside supplies needed (as stated in outside colony economy. All basic housing items provided by the Government unless other-wise stated Colony operations: When it comes to certain areas of operations they will be regulated. Banking-There will be only one bank in the colony the room will be humidified so that the money is ok. The bank, and places were food and goods are sold will be in one area making it easyier on all people. All income and transactions will be kept on computers and paper. My mother was a VP of a new Mexico banking chain so she will be in charge of the banking for the colony. Food-The sales of food will be right next to the bank. During the summer fresh food will be sold at reduced prices, also during summer canned and packaged will be sold but more exspensive.(this is based on summer, winter sales are opposite) Water-Water will be free in the center of the high school is a cresnt moon shaped grass area. Its about half a basket ball court in size. Its only a couple miles from the school to the river. So we said it will be hard but a trench will be dug from the school to the river about 1foot deep or more and a single garden hose will be ran from the cresten to the river once a long line is made it will be covered and be bared underground. Using a pump a contouinous flow of water will be made. Ensureing that we will always have fresh water to drink Medical- When it comes to medical, dental, and vision dortors only get the initial pays . Dental and vison get $100 per person, that includes checks and minor work any major work is the original times 2 ( meaning 100 for start visit and possible 200 or more) although 4days a month they must uphold a 50per person charge. Medical doctors charge $20 per person. They must also uphold a 10per person charge 4days a month. They cannot charge anymore unless they right a prescription. Prescriptions MUST be pass by public affiars assistance. Once approved the command general will determan the price due to they prescription must be gather. The doctor gets a 25percent cut off the total cost of the prescription. Retail Sales-There will be 5 main stores all together. 2stores are for food(perishables and non), one is for everyday items( candles, matches, ect, food and everyday items stores will be adjacent to the bank) one is for mec services, and the other is for all else. Mec services are two store. Mec Stores- When mecs leave on private funded they charge the person a large fee. Well out the mecs gather all the items they can of the item payed for(plus anything else the colony might need) when they return instead of giving the person 100dimond rings they give only one. The second mec store then sells the rings, once all fee and supplies used have been payed for and mec compainsations are cleared, the amount that the original buyer pay is reached they original buyer gets that investment back. Any money made after that goes into the colony, 10% of that goes to the original buyer. The reason is that its like a stock market in a way it encourages people to spend and circulate curreny outside of spending in only food. If any mec is kill the buyer loses EVERYTHING and get nothing not even there money back Private owned businesses- People are required to work atleast 4days a week will get a min of 2days a week off to do as they please(the extra day they can either work for extra pay or take the day off) during their days off they can run there own private bussniess. Example if a man knows how to cut hair in his living quarters he can cut peoples hair and charge any price he wishes. When it comes to private business there will be little to no government interference. The only bussniess that are not allow are prositition, drug/liquor trades, or anything of that nature. Major bussniess. Lets say that hair cutter bussniess could become a everyday job in that case he/she could withdrawal from there old job to open this bussniess in this even the government takes major interest. The bussniess is given a room within the trading center(near the bank and stores) the bussniess then becomes part of the colony stores the store then at this point gets its supplies free though the military but 75% of the profits are taken every month or if taxes cannot be payed the bussniess goes on suspension after 3 suspension the business then again becomes personal High income personal- Lets say a person can sing very well and the entire colony enjoys it. That person may become whats commonly know as a celebrity. Celebrities have to bee approved by the counsel. Only a few celeberties will be allowed at anyone time. Inexchange for the talents they offer that the people enjoy they can host “shows” any income made goes to the colony. Celebs free food and a 10%cut of what ever they make after a certain amount of money is made(example 5000dollars) any money they make will go to the colony, but will be keep on record, think more as after a point celeb loans money to the colony. After which time the government can put a income cap on the indivual( after the cap anymoney in there accounts is credited toward housing)
Education: All people must know basic to advance math/science and combat/firearms training. All Boys must must be trained and spend some time in the reserve military but will have a choice of the 2 main branches if they wish to go active. They have the option of a 3rd but must prove themselves and pass all classes with flying colors, theccy must also know basic construction/survival skills and know how to farm and raise livestock. Girls must know how to farm and raise livestock, Home Economics (cooking and cleaning, boys will need to learn too.. but at a later age). Girls will be REQUIRED to learn medicine. Sports, clubs, or anything they want to do as an outside or inside school activity is OK as long as, I, or a colony leader approves it and the activity has to have a supervisor (children are the most important thing)
Religion: After the sun sets Religion may be practiced but within home or within the Religion Square building. Home or the Religion Square building is only place it may be practiced as I’m not going to spend my peoples time build 9 Churches. All religions can practice at the square but no religion is allowed to build a church. Churches will only be made when money and supplies is big enough to make churches for all religions.
Entertainment: there will be many ways people can entertain themselves. Here are a couple that the government will start with, anything sports and casino games will have bets placed on them like the real deal. Casino games: Poker, blackjack, and the classic find the ball under one of the 3cups. Sports: Basketball, football, and soccer, others will be added as time goes one Track and field, swimming, and things like tag and other kid games. Checkers and chess BB gun shooting but reqires payment to use Military: There the 3 generals each will be in charge of a certain area. The area’s are Defensive general, Assault general, and the Command General. Each will have their own specially designed armies. Each General has an Active and reserve military. the active will comprise of anywhere from 5-10% well the reserve is the reserve. Each general will get a percentage of the military budget. Defensive and command will change based on if the offensive makes money from mec services. The Defensive general is in charge of the defense of the colony and his army will receive 35% of the military budget. The Assault general will be in charge of raid, attack, and Mec services they get 15%, although that’s low they do get income through Mec services. The Command General and is soldier are the head honcho’s thous receiving 50%. What he says goes and is they final word. He is responsible for all military actions of the colony. The other two general must pass all Mission’s and military actions though him or unless they get a council override (Council overrides can veto the Command General but a veto has to have an all to none vote). He’s men are responsible for spying, re-con, R&D and any Special/Covert op missions. When his men are not on re-con or not on a mission, they help to assist in Public Services, or any field which needed there help. Heres a list of military ranks most to least important Command general Defensive/offensive commanders Raid commander/head of security Black ops team members Directional officers/offensive squad leaders Offensive/defensive active squad members Reserve Patrols offensive/defensive Each general has a second in command to help them. The second in commands for the assault general is the raid commander, the head authority on the ground. While for the defense commander their second in command is the head of security. The command general is the lead member of Black Ops team. Also there are commanders of defensive squads patrolling the walls. They are responsible for the safety and security of that wall. The Commanders of each wall will have a fire team or squad to command. The front gate or entrance to the city will have Platoon or a Company if possible (Here’s the break down, this is how the U.S military breaks up its military)
Division: 10,000-20,000 (if I get that high I’m taken over the state)
Brigade: 3000-5000 (with this I’m taken over the city)
Battalion: 300-1000 (a reasonable defense for the colony)
Company: 70-250 (About how many men will guard the front gate on the best)
Platoon: 25-60 (size of raiding parties)
Squad: 8-16 (Mec team sizes and guards per wall)
Fire team: 4-5 (patrol and police teams)
The total active military will be trained in defensive tactics as well as lingo for mission. The army will be spilt in half each general will receive half the active. The defensive general as long as in the best intrest of defense can pull troops temperalliery from the offensive military. But the offensive cannot do the same unless the counsal appoves thr reason. Reason that the defensive general doesn’t need counsal promissionis that all troops should know defensive tactics and I believe defence is most important. Defensive Layout Defensive structures will take weeks to completely construct. First all first fllor wi When Mec’s leave either for private or military raiding they’re supposed to scout and gather items to according to priority, here’s a list(most-least important)

When squads return home they have to go to a special building just outside of town, where the teams must sit tight for a few days to see if any infections arise if they do they are then quarantined are treated if possible. The team comes back home after that. The defense teams on the wall will have 2 soldier for every 15 feet of wall and is patrolled 24 hours a day (on a Medium State of alertness). Here are a list of codes for military action.

The assault force moves to that side to help if the barbarian’s are un-armed if they are armed they take position around the city, hide all supplies, abandoned the wall with it open and let the barbarians in and ambush them or let them pass. With big daddy the command general is called to assess and talk with them. Zack on the prowl don’t fire. Zack incoming you fire if they get in 15 feet of the first trench or wall
Clothing
All military soldiers or people living the colony will have to wear a special uniform to protect them not only from Zeds but from hostiles as well Military uniforms(unless otherwise stated)
Head- Will wear either a U.S. military army helmet or a dirt bike helmet
Chest- Just a plain T-shirt of any choice covered by a bullet proof vest
Arms- Leather Bracers that cover just the outer part or your arm
Legs- Standard issue U.S army pants in either jungle or desert camo
Feet- Hiking, Steel toe, or US army Combat boot.
Special items- Anything else you wise to take has to be approved by Raid Commander. All Diplomat’s of the teams will carry cigarettes, some cigars, little liquors, and comfort items in case survivors are found. Civilains can wear anything inside the colony if they leave the colony special uniforms depending on jobs will be given
Assault strategies
- squad moves
- The knock and drop: one knocks on the door and if contact is made with Zed, A moan the other two aim their guns and the knocker opens the door and the two open fire for a spray effect.
- Triangle stances: when surrounded the team forms a triangle and fires till they see opening to escape.
- Wall: all standing in a row like a firing squad
- Ocean spray: You ever been at sea one things clear, water hits everything just sub the water for explosives
- Cross eye: squad breaks into 2 group one flanks left, one right they fire so that there firing lines cross making a choke point where zed cannot advance. Green is zeds, black is survivors and blue is the range of fire. As you can see the teams fire at 45degree angles creating 3 triangles in which zeds cannot advance any area is gray is a choke point making this the best defensive tactic when in small groups.
- Black armor: Members of the squad will carry full body riot shields (like in the movie the 300) they will form a circle doing this will make a unbreakable wall and will allow the team members in the center to fire making an opening
- Broken Arrow: used in the event the squad is completely overrun with no other options, they pull the pins on the grenades and run at the zombies killing themselves but taking some with them.
- Pop and drop: All team members book it to the nearest safe point will dropping smoke grenades and specially made bombs comprised of human urine and bleach makes a deadly and smelly gas(which can kill humans by destroying the brain cells) the combination of the two will impair zeds ability to smell, see, and hear for a short time.

- Shopping White: looking for medical supplies
- Shopping Black: looking for weapons
- Shopping Grey: looking for construction materials
- Shopping Teal: Permisson to go on a private funded mec run
- Evergreen: an assault where those don't come back unless successful.
- Hunting: Fight to lower zombie pop.
- Rescue: saving someone
- Code Blue: Incoming wounded
- Code Red: Incoming convoy under attack
- Code Yellow: Incoming with refugees
- Code Orange: Incoming with supplies
- Coded Communication:
- Threat levels range from 5-1 (Highest to lowest) 5meaning a full blown attack-1 being no threat
- Firestorm means that flamethrowers in use on one of the direction walls EXP Firestorm northwall means flamethrowner are being used on the norther wall.
- Buldge means that 30-50calibers automatic weapons are being readyed so that troops have a chance to get out of the fireing range literally.
- Greenday mean that the farms are under attack and all active soldiers are to ready themselves ASAP

Petty Crimes here no need to explain Major roles of leaders When it comes to leaders there are rules, laws, and limitiations to them all Command General- When it comes to the military his word is law. He is incharge of all military actions. He can do anything when it come to the military. The only way he can be overridden in his actions is by the consoul but an all to non vote is needed. His black ops team is the only exception they counsol has no control of the black ops, but they do have control of the offensive and defensive teams. Consoul- there are 5members 2 are preappoined and 3 to be voted on by the people. They control laws and ruling of the colony and really everyday affairs. Their power engulfs the hole colony. Each consoul member has his/her own district of power. Internal affairs-2members will be placed as interal they deal with the economics and everyday workings within the colony External affairs-2members will be placed here, they will deal with the military and agricultural aspects. They will deal with more the military they are the main information highway between the command general and the overall counsoul. Public affairs-1member this person is incharge of complaints or suggestions. Anyone with something that thinks the consoul should deal in talks to this person first. This member also deals with public services and manufacturing Constitution

Rio Rancho High School
Rio Rancho High School this is my absolute best chance at survival. its sis school is about the same size both were made to hold 7k in students(12k with both preforming arts arenas) , i believe it could hold 3k people effectively maybe more also with storage space.As you can see RRHS is located a 1/4 a mile from the nearest housing area(houses are covered by Google sign at the bottom)its sister school is located another 1/2 a mile directly north of this one, with almost the EXACT same layout giving us a huge advantage when seeing the enemies coming to knock on are door. Also both are located on a mesa face, and there are only 3 ways to get up the mesa. The school its self is broken into 7large buildings. As far as i could gather the city/school website and personal knowledge the square footage(only included inside buildings) was 100k sq feet. The 7large buildings are called academies and are listed as follows.
6jThe Basement floor in schematics and Engineering&design have backup generators, to run for a week in case of power outages(good for us)(school used to be the fall back in case of natural disasters, now the sports complex is used)
Schematics- This building is mainly where most math and science rooms are located(bio/chem/physics labs)(also there is a large greenhouse located at the north of the school for the bio classes)
Fine arts-Has a performing arts arena(can hold 3k), building is mainly for the band, choir, arts classes. I figure this is used from moral of my colony as so that young children have something to do.
Engineering & design-This is as the building where robotics classes any thing mechanical is here also there are many astronomy telescope-binoculars are located in this building)(i don’t know why but my cooking lab is located here its has 7 fully equipped kitchens)
Humanities-History and language are located here plus this building also has a radio receiver and broadcaster of the cities radio/TV channel and frequency
Administration-The first and largest building where teacher go. This building has the library, recording room, AV room, cafeteria, entrance to the other building. Something to know my school is every wealthy. All classrooms have at least 2 computers and each building has a computer lab each lab has at least 30computers(2007centeno duel desks donated by the Intel plant within the city)( also the Marine corp. has classes along with several handguns, semi-auto guns, and rifles with hundreds of rounds with a built in shooting range located here. also there’s one in the Engineering & design)
Gym-The gym we have a 3 weight rooms usually they hold 200students at any one time gym is has 3 basketball courts a football stadium and track/soccer fields
Business & Entrepreneur-the Business classes and more math class are offered here along with a book room the size of a Basketball court.
Pro's and Con's
in the part i will talk about the pro/con's in both the school and surrounding area.
Pro's to the school- Large, only way to gain entry to the court yard and thus to the buildings in though the 3steel-reinforce gates at the ends of the courtyard, zombie can go there or though the admin building. Bottom floor doors and windows have steel bars infront or inside so only locking the doors is really needed. Has the area needed along with supplies and generator hookups.plus there is a zoology class and cages that cats and dogs can be put for company.
Pros to area- 1/4 mile from housing area. Sister school is within walking/driving/ even walkie-talkie distance
Cons to school- large school at least 100 or so are needed as basic skeleton crew
Con to area- all walmarts, cosco's, and gun stores(includes the martial arts league-5different martial arts all in the building lol) are atleast a mile away, gas stations are no more the 2 blocks away.
