I for one do not have any real training in the medical area. But in our group who do have a few people who are trained well enough to handle nasty falls and as much as I fear it broken bones. In my opinon if a teammate goes down you help get them out of there as quick as possible. Have atleast two people watch your back to avoid further injuries even death by zombie and get em to the medic stat! P.S Whenever you go out on a mission always make sure you have a atleast one person with you at all times trained to handle said situtations. Romeo out.
