The Convoy plan
Your Name:Travis look for Shadow or Kid Rock(yes like the musician) on the radio or web for my convoy
Your location:Anywhere thats safe. Eg on the move.
This plan can be used anywhere provided you have access to multiple vehicles and personal. However small Islands you are doomed if you use this plan. It is dependent on a large area to move around. I am working on a plan for islands.
Will you be staying in your home or headed somewhere else?
I will be on the move constantly never staying in place for longer then 2 day's.
If you're heading out, how do you plan to get there?
With any vehicle that can move ammo and people. Fuel tankers are a must. A MUST FOR ALL VEHICLES IS SOME TYPE OF FENCE (OR OTHER WAY TO COVER THE WINDOWS) ON ALL WINDOWS AND DO NOT TURN ON THE AIR CONDITIONER AS THIS WASTES FUEL. JUST LEAVE WINDOWS OPEN UNLESS YOUR IN COMBAT WITH THE UNDEAD THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE THE WINDOWS UP. ALSO NO LOW GAS MILEAGE VEHICLES ONLY TAKE HIGH GAS MILEAGE VEHICLES TO CONSERVE FUEL.
Got anyone you want to take with you?
Anyone alive and wants to learn to shoot and maintain a weapon.(if there over 15 years of age if not there on there own anyone 14 and under does not need to use a weapon).
How will you communicate with the outside world, or do you plan to go the hermit route? Must have someone who can send out a radio broadcast and hack a computer.
How are you planning to get food and water?
Take from stores and ration it. Only eat a little.
What's your weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that?Weapons are whatever you can find flamethrowers are a must for any emergency but anything else will do. NO WEAPONS THAT NEED FUEL (except for the flamethrowers) YOU NEED TO SAVE FUEL.

Are you willing to hook up with other survivors?
Yes this plan depends on multiple people alive.

With the windows open, it actually wastes more gas, because of the drag effect caused.

not many modern vehicles use gas to run the air conditioning. It's a myth that was true with older cars, so it got carried on.
