Will you be staying in your home or headed somewhere else?
Depending on where I an at the moment, If i'm at home I will electrifty windows, barricade doors
etc. . If not a home I will look for the closest group of survivors and
buddy up with them

Family, Possibly friends
How will you communicate with the outside world, or do you plan to go the hermit route?
Radio, Laptop
How are you planning to get food and water?
Watertank and stockpiled food
What's your weapon of choice? Do you need to reload that thing? Gotta plan for that?
No guns but plenty of knives, axes, short crowbars, long crowbars, lawnmowers and other bladed and blunt instruments
