Kill them. let them end it themselves if they want to, but DO NOT let them live. they are a threat to the continued survival of yourself and anyother survivors you may be with. So kill them and cremate/ burn the body, or bury it face down, just in case. Feel free to give them any ritual (christian funeral etc), but make sure the brain is destroyed or the head is removed.
