Mark:
the recognizable point is the parking lot of Holmsbrook park the sign mentioned in the table above is where you make your mark. put four tally marks and your username on the sign, then come back at noon for about a week (i won't check it every day and only come back at noon please)
when i see four tally marks i will cross them and spray paint "meet noon tomorrow" then we or just me will approach you will be isolated for the time it takes to turn plus 10% (you will remain armed, isolation is to make sure no one is infected)

Signs:
the airport can only handle small airplanes and it has a heliport, the nearby hospital also has a heliport. If "forsaken" is spray painted on the sign and several others around town I've moved on you should to.
if the tallies remain uncrossed for a week move on I'm probably dead, but during the winter give it more time if there's alot of snow on the ground.

Camp/provisions
the house near the entrance of the parking lot has fruit trees, help yourself if the house is empty and the water from the stream is safe if filtered and boiled DO NOT take water from the pond

also you could camp in the parking if you wanted to, just expect a visitor around noon, just remeber to make the mark on the sign.
