A couple things:
It all sounds pretty good, but remember, you need food for your dog/cat, you, AND your family. I might just suggest letting go of your cat and dog, or kill them beforehand to save them pain. I know I sound like a cold-hearted bastard, I have two dogs and a cat of my own, but its YOUR survival. Remember that.
You need keronsene for that stove!
Hobo-stove=GOOD! compact, lightweight, and awesome. http://www.instructables.com/id/Can-Stove/ for some help on another!
I suggest for spices you have tobasco, pepper, salt, and some kind of dry spicy spice, like Mrs.Dash, AS A BASIC! You need the salt, its an esstential mineral you arent going to get much of, unless you have MRE's.
Ever heard of Philmont Cout Ranch? 80 miles, 1000ft. plus elevations, New Mexico mountains, two weeks long, and lots of MRE style food. Tobasco is a lifesaver.

Your BB gun wont do much, unless your hunting squirrel/rabbit in your backyard. it has to have at least 800 FPS, and thats an eyeshot to kill a squirrel.

Your car trailer may be better used to barricade your front lawn, or if you are on the run, (OTR) it could be used regularly.

The rest sounds good, Good luck!
