Weaponsexpert's Survival plan
ONCE Z-DAY COMES, BEST BE READY.
When Z-day Arrives, I gather blunt objects; Like A baton or any other objects i can hit with. And A knife. When Choosing a Knife, I Choose Smooth-edged ones. Toothed ones Can be stuck to a Zombie's skull after Stabbing it.
I'd go Board up my house with heavy objects like furniture, Jackloads of them. And Luckily, There's 2 stores in front of it.
My House: One-story, Big as a police HQ, And 2 doors: One is the Main entrance, and the other one at the back to outflank any hostiles. Advantages are: the Walls are Tough it could even endure a Bomb. Windows are can't be shattered, Supplies Can last for 2 years, Communications.
My Location: Navotas City, Philippines.
Who's on my team? Just a few good friends.
There's a Police station very close. I could grab what I need and get the heck out. Fortunately, There's cops hanging around so If necessary, Get their guns and ammo. But I'd Mash its head first.
If things Go from Bad to Bloody, Get the heck out. But it's best to travel during the day. Get the things I need like guns, ammo, supplies to my Bug Out Bag. Grab what I need and I'd get out.
I choose to wear Tight clothes yet Durable. Like leather.
If I engage in undead combat. I'd go for the head. I mean 1 clean shot to the head and he's taken out. After engaging in Combat with the undead, I would Reload to full clip rather than running out of ammo at a critical time.
All weapons Have their Specified Range, Bullet type and Durability. Pistols Can be used for medium range and close combat, Have ranges at 70 - 90 yards, Shotguns Are at Close Combat, Rifles are for long range. Sub-Machine guns are for Medium and Close quarters.
Types of ammunition:
Pistols and Sub-machine guns : .32, .38, .40, .45ACP, .50AE, and 9mm
Shotguns: 12-Gauge, 16-Gauge, 20-Gauge
Rifles and Machine guns: 5.56mm, 7.62mm, 12.7mm
My Equipment in BOB:
Baton
Knife
Canned Goods
Can opener
.357 Magnum
Shotgun

granted its better than some i've read on here, it does need massive revising. It sounds like something you got off of ZombieLand or Shaun Of The Dead. First, i'd suggest better melee weapons than a baton and a knife. something that gives you a little more distance and has a better chance of destroying the brain in one hit. Second, reinforcements arent that simple. Zombies posses the same strength as humans but their greatest ally is not being exhausted. A barricade that would physically exhaust a human could potentially be dismantled by as few as three infected in less than 24-hours. Depending on the type of house you should either park it in/on the attic or roof. for second story you should get all supplies upstairs (along with yourself) and destroy the staircase(not using fire or just barricading it)
Third, going to the police station is suicide. When things die, then get back up and run around biting people, where do u think your towns folk will go to complain? BINGO! - the police station. That means theres going to be a mob there. find another local gun store and go there. people arent to smart these days so instead of stocking up on guns and provisions there gunna get in the car to visit aunty or run to the church to pray. Although most of your plan needs work, i'd like to thank you for even mentioning leather. My first rule is : Cover Your Meat. I'd like to see a zombie mother ****** bite through leather! sure its pretty baggy (unless were talking pants) but its quality stuff. I think your plan needs much revising. I'd suggest looking at some of the other user plans to get more idea's.Also (if you dont have one yet) buy The Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks. i got mine at borders but if you dont have one near you im sure ebay is just as useful. It will help you realize many of the flaws of your plan. There are things in there that i didnt even think of and im a total zombie nut. Happy Zombie Hunting
