If possible stay in your home borded up for the first 72 hours
the reason behind this is to avoid the first wave (roits, looting, zombies, crazies)
it is highly possible that many of them will be dead so leave the dying to die
no one knows how long a zombie will last in 28 days later (could be a type of zombie) the all died in about two months or less
Avoid water that has been sitting still for a long period of time to avoid illness as stagnet water will cause desease
Medical supplies may be needed but avoid larger stores as they may have a higher zombie population or a gang of looter may be hiding in the store
