..We all talk about WHAT we will do on Z-Day, but WHEN do people predict for the infected to rise?

A little bit longer than 10-20 years. Maybe around 30 because it will take enough time for not only the technology to advance but also for people to contiounably use it and even then we will be safe with whatever it is. It will take some time before our first accident and even then there will be precautions. My money is on a virus created by man but that's for a different page.
