Wilderness Survival Guide (In case theings get really bad)

OK, so you just escaped thousands of zombies and your away from any possible civilization...now what?

Well the fact is they are going to come for you so you need to get somewhere safe. Safe would be defined as a place where zombies can't be and zombies won't go to places without any life. So the most logical thing to do would be to go to a place where everything is dead.

The most common places are:

Deserts

OK so you got there congratulations...but if every thing's dead, how do I survive?

Well the easiest way to know how you are going to live is by observing the animals around you. if they have thick fur, you should prepare for a cold night. If they have little fur or feathers, then you should probably wear some lighter cloths.

Next you need shelter. Hopefully you have a tent, preferably an all season tent(I have a funny story about summer tents during a blizzard, $300 down the drain). If you don't then you should read up on how to make shelter in the wild.

OK, so now you have your shelter, now you need a way to eat food and if your in a cold place, stay warm. For any retards who haven't figured it out yet, where making fire! If you have a Bic lighter great! If you have matches, that's good too! If you have some other fire starter, you pass! If you have none, FAIL! But don't worry you can still survive, may I please redirect you here.

Now for food, supposing this is a zombie Apocalypse you probably already have food. If you don't you should probably hunt for food, hopefully you have some weapons and ammo left over from escaping, otherwise make some weapons.

Finally, water. There are different ways to retrieve it in different situations. Desert, cut open cacti; Arctic, melt snow; Island, collect rain, DO NOT DRINK SALTWATER! Otherwise you can purify water from a stream.

Congratulations! You survived! Go get yourself a cookie...

1) if it's a zombie apocalypse I would suggest having a lot more then just a tent as your defenses otherwise your screwed

2) a homemade bow and arrow unless very skillfully made and utilized won't do jacksquat

3) the liquid inside cacti isn't water good to drink, it tastes horrible, it dehydrates you faster, and then you hallucinate once your water level drop to low
Do you find this valuable?
