There have been several reviews now of the Wise Co Outdoor Meals now and the overall quality of the meal has be better than average for this type of survival rations. So for this review, I'm not going to get into the packaging and history of this meal, but give you something a little different.....

Wise Co Paste Alfredo

The Paste Alfredo dinner just might be the WORSE survival ration or MRE that I've ever tasted!

The BEST thing I can say is that when you open the package it smells like a baby's diaper. Ugh! If you were hungry, it will instantly kill your appetite!

It took me several days (actually more like a week) to get over that to try and "cook it" to eat. I finally got up the nerve to try it and it was horrible! The after effects - not pleasent. Made me sick. Now I'm not a delicate flower and I have struggled with this review to be as objective as possible, but this one is terrible.

TRADE FOOD!

The only valve I can see for the Paste Alfredo is this - USE IT FOR TRADE FOOD!

When you are buying single packed meals, avoid this one and if you buy the case of 12 and you get a pair of these - trade them for ANYTHING else. It will still have value as "food" when trading, but if given the options, this is the one you WANT to trade off.

Food: 1 (use it for trade food!)

A note to Wise Co (if they ever see this) - drop this meal and make something else.
