It was filmed on a thermal imaging camera from a helicopter, we know that much.... BUT, surely it must be a hoax?!?! right?
Well, If it is a hoax, it's a friggin' expensive one! the use of the helicopter alone would be WAY above £10,000 then you ahve the SFX etc... (ripping the guy apart, the gun flare from shooting and so on) Then you ahve to think about it logically....Zombies are usually thought of as slow moving, and more importantly DEAD! with a derelict circulatory system....so HOW would they produce the body heat to show up on thermal imaging? Just a few things there that don't add up.

This is probably a dead end thing but since I haven't found a discussion about it I might as well say it. Why do zombies feast on the flesh of the living yet when there's no food to be found, not turn on each other?
Is there some sort of chemical or phermone these new zombies excreat?-Mmm zombie smell nice Does the virus direct the zombie more manually, steering the host toward more potential targets rather than the infected?-don't go that way stupid! Are they just picky eaters, and just prefer the flesh of the living?-Hotsauce anyone? Or are they a more alien version of the virus, like the borg or zerg, haveing a collective "hivemind"?-We are the Zomg...^^ Do they hold onto some loyal part of their minds that makes cannibalism of infected as bad as humans eating humans?-I'll only bite once Jimmy, now close your eyes.

Zombies do not go after brains. Get that out of your head. They will eat and munch on anything they see. Remember, when you see zombies feasting on another person, it's because they couldn't get away from the horde of undead. That person will not become a zombie. He is dead. The only reason more zombies appear, is because someone is bit, and then gets away and hides somewhere safe. This gives the virus a chance to kill the host and re-animate it. A zombie won't just go up to someone, bite them, and then walk away. A zombie wants to feed, and if it can, it will. Regardless of the virus inside.
I hope you find this bit of information useful.

Great stuff here, and also, I've always wondered. Lets just say the "virus" can go cross species. Wouldn't the end of humanity be an infected mosquito?

If the zombie attacks something other than a human for example a dog, then could we not say that being a virus, it is trying to mutate? If that one zombie bites a dog and only succeeds in killing it, then wouldn't the virus inside said zombie try to mutate in order to be compatible with the DNA of a different species?

There has to be a point at which a person is no longer "infected" but simply...a Zombie, perhaps "transformed" or "mutated" ? Essentially say you're a human, you get bitten...you start to become a zombie. At some point you're just DEAD and REANIMATED. I wonder how we'll be able to tell when that switch occurs...

somethimes zombies eat animals more or less they eat anything others they only want human brains
so if the zombies eat animals then the animals will if there is enough left then it will become an animal zombie however if the zombie dosn't eat the animal then if a dog or anything but a human eats it then no infection this happen in C.H.U.D., resident evil, return of the living dead 2, 28 days later not in Dawn of the dead, Night of the Living Dead, zombie night, (George Remario)

Some of the voodoo myth is that these poeple aren't dead but brain washed, then used for slave on plantations
so why not have a zombie who can learn it adds to the fear after all a body if let out in the open will turn to bones of dust, in the desert they turn to mummies, but by eating the flesh of the living they can walk, and kill living poeple |
