the way the body works is,and this goes for almost any mammal i thins, i eat, i use the energy from the food i ate to get more food. no virus or anything can realistically make a body move without this. Best example i can give are computer(if you dont know what they are then WTF are you doing here?), computer can get viruses too and some type of viruses(and malware) make the computer exactly like a zombie. When the computer becomes a zombie it sends emails to people, the emails contain the virus, thus spreading it. But if you cut the power to the computer, it cant do anything, since there is no way to create energy to run the computer without it having a plug or something.

Unless the virus somehow defies physics, the zombies will fall to the ground from exhaustion and eventually stop all brain activity.

in real life, a zombies body wouldnt be different from a human, it would just be mind controled.
