I've scouted several places here in town and out of town. But each place I've looked at could be over ran by anything from an invading force or zombies. I'm still trying to find a perfect spot for RVE. So far, I think there would or could be a good place in the Nathan Bedford National Park. From what I've seen, there are several fenced in areas, several buildings and one building at the center of the highest point that could be used as a command center. It has the visibility needed to watch for other survivors, plus watch for boats, planes and helicopters. It also has running water that is supplied not by city, but by well. So the water I believe is covered. As for food, that's something that would have to be scavenged throughout the days for SHTF. Which I know could be damn near impossible without the right people and the right gear. I'm more then willing to take advice from those who could help or have better recommendations. Plus I would like to know what others think about this area for RVE.

Anyone live in or close to these areas? Just moved back here recently and I don't know of any good rendezvous spots. Any ideas?
