Rescue as many useful survivors as possible, kill as many zombies as needed to secure the public storage building. Secure civilian personnel with ample Squad protection and task with defending and preparing Compound A for a long term stay. Militia Squads remaining should rearm and prepare to move out.Time After First Contact: Max 5 hours

Step 3: Digging In
If this plan gets of the ground quickly enough we should be all right. Squad 1 and 2 grab as many dedicated personel as possible and start fortify the Public Storage Building. 1)Training, training and training
From close quarter battle drills with fire arms and melee weapons to long distance shootings to weapon repairing. Learn to fight as a pair, a squad, a company and maybe someday as an army. Learn drills learn skills stay alive!
Shoot Move Communicate Kill

2)Work, work, work
Gardens will need to be planted, vehicles need to be repaired and armoured, walls need to be built. Think of tasks to stay busy and stay focused. Assign duties, start a chain of command and handle business. Cross train on skills. If you are a gardner learn how to weld, if you're a welder learn some gun smithing. Being a jack of all trades will be more usefull than almost anything else
3)Party when possible
Booze and girls were invented for a reason. No military in history has ever survived off not getting laid or drunk. I'm not saying drink all the time but when all tasks are done for the day and the compound is on lock down, relax have some vodka and knock some boots with whoever wants to.
4)Survive
Do what it takes. Expand when possible, defend when needed. Do what it takes.

If all goes according to plan We will have a large well-armed fighting force with a well defended and supplied base of operations. More important we will have a safe place for those we care about...
