But in response, we don't see the rest of the guys house so we don't know if he has a huge food depot or not. And if he's packing that kind of punch I would think he does. "people always prepare with guns. dont get me wrong i love guns and i own as many as i can afford.

but the questions you have to ask you is:
1. how many times in life have i had to defend myself?
2. how many times have i had to use a deadly weapon to defend myself?
3. how many times in life do i have to eat to survive?

after you answer those questions the starting point, and the all most important part, of your preps is food and water.

i have never had to defend myself, i know some guys that have had to but it was only once or twice and they are in their 30s. but everyone who answers these questions realize that they need to eat AT LEAST twice a day.

the answer is obvious. food is the most important. its better to have 3 months of food in the pantry than 100 guns and 1000s in ammo"
