Gear
Not all of it by far, nor a packed kit, just some of what I have to draw from. Pic from this winter.

ideal Firearms setup
Main: Ruger 10/22 (AWC ultra II) http://www.awcsystech.com/products/suppressors/ultra-ii-semi-auto/
Sidearm: Ruger Mk. II (AWC amphibian S) http://www.awcsystech.com/products/suppressors/amphibian-s/ Backup: Colt Diamondback (Snubnose 2.5 inch barrel)
All the guns above share the same .22lr ammo. The first two guns are also supressor-equipped, a must have perk for Z-day firearms! Any thoughts appreciated.

Muffling Zippers
There are actually a couple of things that you can do to help quiet the amount of noise that your pack makes (the contents are another matter). For one simple electrical tape applied to the tab of a zipper pull will quiet the clanking sound that it makes by a lot. For more permanent solutions you can use heat shrink on them or even better replace them with a knotted piece of cord. For the zipper itself you can give it a good rub down with wax either from a candle or a block of canning wax on the outside then zip and unzip it a few times to work the wax down into the teeth.

Advise please- hip + shoulder pouches for loadout?
I've recently found a few pouches knocking around in my house that have been unused since i got them containing various christmas gifts years ago.
One is about 7"x4", the pouches are elsatic and zip closed and it has a belt strap. The other is slightly bigger, thicker and has a belt + shoulder strap. There's another bigger one with no straps, which i'll use as a new med kit bag.
My question is: for a loadout, what items would be most useful to have in these pouches? What items would I be most likely to need quick acess to that i wouldn't want/have/fit in my pockets? They seem pretty waterproof, but not totally.
Please note that whist i am in the UK, i intend to get a gun licence soon as i'm taking a break from uni,, but will probably be buying seperate ammo pouches/belt. Any ideas apreciated.

Good weapons? Looking for opinion.
Right now, here is my loadout. The armory is in two locations, my house and my friends house int he country, which is actually a relatively well-protected home.
My half: 1. 2 Glock 21s 2. Mosberg 935 Magnum(gotta love that pistol grip!) 3. Ka-Bar combat knife
His half: 1. 2 .30-06 hunting rifles 2. A 10 guage and a 12 guage shotgun 3. A Ka-Bar combat knife 4. A katana that we have tested and seems to be ready for battle(sounding like a mall ninja, I know)
Are there any additions to this that you guys would suggest? I'm thinking of buying a 1911, maybe two, as well as a good high-powered rifle for picking off Zeds at extreme distance. Any ideas?
