Hello Striker,
First, I really like your idea of splitting your group up into squads with different specialties for different purposes. However, you may want to reconsider you Bug Out location, stadiums/schools tend to be very densely populated and there is a strong likelihood that many other people (possibly better armed) have your idea. Also, schools and stadiums are probably the worst type of building to defend. They have many entrances and many ways to get in. Also, despite what you may think, they don't have much non-perishable food. They tend to have lots of food that need refrigeration which will be impossible without power. One other thing I was wondering about is how you were planning on getting ice for your ice chest. Considering ice almost always requires power to create it is highly unlikely that you will find/be able to make any. Also, you seem to be sure to rely on your food storage a lot however you may want to consider canned and smoked goods in order to maintain a good food source. One last thing, the streets may be blocked with deserted cars and other things. Finally I just want to say, in addition to the squad system I like your building entrance plan. Feel free to message me if you have any questions or comments.

MrK9114 Survival Plan
Part 1: Bugging In I live in a 2 story house, I'll probably just leave, but if I HAD to bug in then this is what I would do.i have a small 30 day supply of food. My kids will probably be armed. I'll turn of the lights, enforce light discipline.

re, feedback
you are, either military, ex military or a cadet, because that's a nice orders layout, but just about the weapons system, the sa80 is a good weapon but do you have it readily available to you along with the ammunition? and caned foods are heavy when your carrying 3 days + worth, what about 24 hour rat pack broken down into what you need, all you really need is cefo, for your original bug out. apart from that i like what i see,

Getting ready: Plan follows Being an IT geek I'll make a spreadsheet so I can make sure I have sufficient supplies and they remain rotated and ready. The following link is to a Google Document's Spreadsheet (basically Excel online by Google)

Good Plan
Good plan! The only thing i suggest is to acquire a firearm. I understand that living near new york this may be illegal, but you should consider it. Other than that your bug out bag looks very well stocked!

Dangerous, but good
I agree, raiding military bases is dangerous, despite it being a small facility, the supply line is going to be very important to the military, so it is likely they will still protect it. Not to mention if the problems are put down soon after you do so then you will be an outlaw. Also, your group is a little large
However, so as not to seem like I'm just here to put your plan down I will say that it is a good plan, and should the armory be undefeated you will be a very well supplied and armed group

just something to know
i just want to say that it is imposibble for a zombie to run because when we do anything like exercise aware muscles rip then rebuild stronger zombies don't do that their muscles rip and stay that way so there for their legs would literally fall off if they were to run and that the great panic could last from a month to 10 years and that many shelters and emergancy evacs are at schools and that many people will go to islands and that you should get out as early as possible

Amazing
I spent a good 45 minutes going through the entire plan and I have to say that it is the best plan i've seen so far and probobly the best on the site. I am aslo goingto note that some things that I have read will be incorperated into my own plan.

Great plan but....
Where do you plan on getting enough supplies to barricade the bar and food water etc. but mostly where do you plan to get the guns and ammo from?
Apart from that great plan nice detail and pretty realistic too.

The Ark
Plan A is the one where everything is supposed to go well. You should make The Ark somewhere higher up on the list than Plan E
