Magazines
When I get a camera that can take a detailed enough picture I will show how to take apart magazines for cleaning particularly .22LR given how gummy they can get on the inside which makes them more likely to misfeed. Given the circumstances misfeeds and jams could be fatal.

Future additions
This thread is dedicated for people interested in helping this article grow by adding their knowledge and loaning a bit of their time to the community. Im looking for people who own a variety of firearms and a means to take the photos (cellphones, cameras, what have you) to contribute and help make this site a wealth of knowledge to allow people to learn in a safe enviroment.
Here's a very rough list of additions I'd like you guys to help out with. -Revolvers -A variety of pistols -different types of magazines (drums, etc) -Bolt-action Rifles -Different shotguns -any thing else you have around, heh.
If you are interested in covering any of these topics, be sure to let me know. If you are already a writer feel free to just go ahead and make the additions.

What do you think?
I know, it's not that thrilling of a read. But i'd like to know what everyone thinks. Do the other members of this community with a moderate-high understanding of firearms think I covered it well enough? Do people on her with low-no experience with firearms find it easy to read and informative? Are you curious to have me cover more? Let me know!

Diy plans and tips
This page is in need of some serious editing. I don't know what the policy is on posting home-made explosives, but I know what the policy is on spelling.
If anyone is inclined to work on this page, I would recommend that each item be given it's own separate page, and this just used as the hub for them. That way, when the reorganisation happens, it will be easier to sort out.

URL: "Animated Knots"

tinyurl'd to make long string short.
VERY decent site for rope and knot use, "how to" on about everything you can use rope for.

Waterproofing matches.
I have found a way to waterproof your matches. All you have to do is get a sheet of wax paper out. Light a candle, then pour the candle wax into a pool on the wax paper. Roll your match heads around in the wax, You now can get yor matches wet, and all you have to do is rub the wax off, then use the match. I found it works best with strike-anywhere matches

Hydroponics
this will be more difficult, but if you can, build the greenhouse to have hydroponics. Hydroponics uses one twentieth the amount of water (helpful, right). It also allows more growing seasons. The only challenge will be giving them other nutrients. Oh, and another note, if you don't properly sanitize the dung for fertilizer, you will be killed by food-bourne illness.

This is a great idea
Personally I have already decided to set up a greenhouse in my Attic because it gets very hot up there and is well insulated. Plus it's also easy to get water from if I poke a hole in the roof and set up a collection system.

Greenhouse
After you have slayed, mutilated, fried and crushed hordes of zeds, you should start to consider doing other things not so cool, but as important for survival. Growing your own food. If you live south enough (say, Mediterranean/Florida), you can star

The Different Types of Zombies and How To Combate Them
