Morality vs Anarchy
This has been a very interesting topic between my friends and I. In case of total anarchy and dissolution of authority, what would happen to morals? You want to think that you'd save that woman and her baby trapped in their car by a mob of zombies, but would you really risk your life to do that?

Bargains for Survival
In today's tight economy, it is probably hard for some to maintain a comfortable life while putting food on the table and making sure you keep a nice house and car. So where does building a BOB come into all of this!?
This thread is simple: have you ever bought a really awesome addition to your BOB or survival gear that was not only awesome, but on sale?! Did you go to retailmenot.com and get a promo code for it? Did you save $ by cross-checking other sites?
So, to start, I saw a really good knife at Big Five yesterday. It was authentic Smith & Wesson (not a knockoff) "Border Guard" knife. Blackened steel blae, gravel no-slip grip, belt clip, seatbelt cutter, and saftey glass breaker. $70.00, ouch. Luckily for me, it was on supersale for $15!! I definitely got it.

Im new to the site and i thought id just jump right into the disscusions, and sorry if this has been asked already.
Would you rather be on the run or find a place to defend and hide?
