It might not be bad to work in supplemental training and a slow rotation between gigs in order to stay sharp. That would help eliminate over-specialization. If THE doctor gets sick, or killed, you'd have a backup. And everyone would get a chance to polish up their shooting skills, an all-around better and safer team. Etc..

CyprusBill has a point. On B-17 Memphis Belle the piolt had everyone trained enough to be able to fly and land the plane, just in case.

Ah ok yes i see your point CyprusBill,i have First-aid traning and im pushing to try to go into to the med school after i graduate highschool,i practice with a gun occasionally,hand-to-hand combat and melle combat i practice very frequently so i think id have some of the better qualities of a good team member
