Well, you're right, there are bunkers in case of a nuclear war or violent disease epidemic, the US government is prepared for almost anything. They realize that, however unlikely, paranormal attacks and dangers could happen, and if they do, they're prepared for it. However, the Air Force and Army keep a lot of vehicles accessible, and when half the soldiers are dead it'll be easy to knock off a Humvee or two. And, there's plenty of gas in the US, and I bet that some smugglers will begin bringing in gas from the Middle East and selling it at steep prices, or using it for their own purposes. And a lot of special fuel for jets and such are kept on bases. Do you find this valuable?

Hmm, I don't know.

For starters, it wouldn't take that long for military personnel to figure out that these people are already dead. It may take some time to find the weakspot, but not long enough to destroy the entire US military. Also, some of these vehicles and fuel stores have complex security systems that can only be taken out by either a nuke or a genuis IQ.

Most fuels have a limited shelf life. Gasoline goes stale quickly, turns to varnish just sitting in then fuel lines. Diesel supports fungus growth, check out a truck stop for diesel treatments, biofuel would have the same problem, maybe worse. Those carefully blended special fuels are even worse on shelf life. Don't count on imported fuel, except in very limited quantities and very high prices. Best sources for long shelf life would be propane and LNG. Do you find this valuable?

An lets not forget that even though you you can get into tanks apcs easily it's the up keep that will finish them. I don't know how to make a computer chip for the targetting system or any thing else. I also don't know how to rechargethe nightsights when the need replaced. So the be down to the manual systems soon enough with useage. Then tose parts an ammo will run out. doubt they make reloading gear for that. So if you plan on getting a bradley I'd say find all the ammo. spare parts, you can. Before you pull out the screwdriver to get in. Then use very sparingly it will become one of those "they don't make them anymore!" kind of things.

Well, if I get the opportunity to commandeer a military vehicle, I'll be sure to take care with it. It's not like you can ring the shop, because the shopkeeper's probably dead. Do you find this valuable?
