How to kill em
May 31 2008, 11:01 PM EDT
You dont even need a head shot, just hit em in the heart or a few times in the stomach They will die from blood los. Or, you could attempt to kill a group with a helicopter, as seen in 28 Weeks later, but that is near impossible, will lead to a fatal crash, and is heavily discouraged.

"why waste so much ammo? why use 20shots when you settle for 5?"Where did you get the loss of blood idea? The only thing that is going to stop a zombie is the smashing (most satisfying), shooting (safest), slicing (cool Ninja skills) or melting (Gremlins) of the brain. Do you find this valuable? |

Im talking about Rage Virus infectees. They need blood, food, water, and oxygen. Zombies don't need any of those things.

You think you know everything about zombies? Huh? No, you do not. Maybe we need to destroy the brain. Maybe it's blood loss. Maybe zombies can't be killed! No-one knows. Don't start antagonizing members just because their theory doesn't stay true to society. Especially not a respected member like richboy. 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

While you're correct, he was antagonizing nobody. Re-read the post; it's clearly not antagonistic or intended as a critisism. It's simply a junior member giving a different opinion in a less-then-ideal format. Do you find this valuable? |

a head shot is still the only way to be sure.... when i train i always aim for the head... its the fastest way to put down a person or zombie... if you miss and knockem down get closer and get the head. you'd be surprised how far someone could go with the adrenaline pumping... ive seen people swat at 5.56 rounds like they're flies when they hit and keep running for a while and through several shots before they finally go down and die

also to add something.... it kinda contradicts my last statement but have you ever tried to hit a RUNNING target? its not a stroll in the park.. when your heart is beating 180 bpm also its really hard unless they are running at you in a straight line.... for rage zombies i'll take the shotgun.... just a better chance of hitting something vital and putting them down in 1 shot

That does make a strong case for hitting center mass. Perhaps the only upside of the "Rage" zombie.

When the adrenaline's flowing, a lot of people seem to think they'll function to the best of their ability. You won't, but you won't do horribly with tons of practice. Do you find this valuable? |
