I'm in the Coast Guard, and I'd like to duct tape your hands behind your back for them.

This is an excellent article,I have a few suggestions reguarding fuel, first thing you need to aquire a person qualified to drive a road tractor especially a tanker...this would be useful for gathering fuel in large quantities...because you don't really think that your group will be the only one building a fuel reserve..."First Come,First Served"...Also since you won't be the only one trying to obtain fuel you should look around the outside of the station upon arrival if you see a large transformer on a pole going into the station...shoot that bastard,it will eliminate the power source for the pumps and keep any tom, dick, and harry from getting your well deserved free fuel, this is where the fuel tanker comes into play.Remove the covers from the underground tanks and and put the hose inside but not all the way to the bottom...you don't want to suck the crud on the bottom into the pump or contaminate your supply...turn the pump on if it is pumping out you can reverse the direction by turning the hydraulic switch the other direction or reversing the hydraulic lines to the opposite fittings. If you lack the technical support you can use one of those manual crank pumps. It would also be useful to keep plenty of fuel treatment on hand as it gets shitty the longer it is stored, and be careful not to mix gasoline and diesel together.Hope this helps Do you find this valuable?

Meh, I'm an Air Force kinda guy. Besides, I call it aggravated defense. Besides, everyone says something stupid now and then, and the army DOES have idiots. So does the Air Force, the Navy, the coast guard, the FBI, etc. Except not many of them make it past basic :P

Unlike some of you, most of us dont have acess to military grade wepons. I have 4 rifles, ammo, and a paint ball gun. I have acess to a gun shop, but can you give us civilians advice on how to survive?
By the way...I have heard that the US has created force fields...Would this affect Z-day much?

First of all, no, the US has NOT created forcefields. (That's one of those "wow" moments...)
Secondyl, survival is a mix of where you are, what you got, what you can do, and YOU, your determination to survive as anything lese.

A suggestion: Take that paintball gun and actually game out (role paly, wargame, whatever you wanna call it) a survival senario. Get like a half dozen or so buddies you help you out (promises of beer ussually entice the masses and other enouragables like Andy REDDSON).
