Agility

Don't forget to keep up on agility!!! Agility can get you out of some situations, what if you were being chased by 25+ zombies, you don't have a gun, and there is no chance that you will take them all out at once. In this situation you will want to get to place that will allow you to prepare, hide or rest before taking on the zacks. Some of you might have heard of the sport Parkour, if you have much mastery in this sport you will be able to get to many more places that the zeds will not (you can already, why not expand this though). Anyways, here is my basic exercise routine (I've never had training or anything, so don't laugh).

1. 40 push-ups
2. 50 sit-ups
3. quarter mile sprint/run/jog (possibly repeated later if I feel up to it).
4. 10 pull ups (repeated again later)
5. Agility enhancing stretches for 10 minutes
6. weight lifting (this changes with whatever I have access to at the time)
7. repeating whatever I feel like repeating

I try to do this as often as possible (several time a day when I can).

here man I have done all sorts of sports and here try this. this is my exercise.
1. I jog for conditioning and breathe.
2. I do weights.
3. I do about 100 sit ups with a weight to my back of the head so I get a better result.
4. I do 40 push ups.
5. Then I hit my heavy bag for about 30 or more min.

see what you do is good for a normal person but if you lift weights only you will get stiff and not have agility.
My friend was a body builder and when he only did weights he even said he made the biggest mistake because he got so stiff he lost in almost all sports. i hit the bag so I gain the power and lose the stiffness. If you dont have a heavy bag grab some light pound weights in your hands try to make a fist and swing in the air and you will gain power and in turn gain speed.

has anybody seen the ultimate ninja challenge? well its a Japanese spawn of American gladiator that has taken the obstacle courses to the max, you can check out some of their training and courses on youtube. as for the weight issue, I find sandbags (in varying sizes)strapped on with duck tape make for a good marshal arts strength builder and endurance builder. I do disagree with the situp weight because it tends to cause your hip flexors to shrink and can really fuck you up. if you have been doing it for a while with no noticeable drawbacks then do your thing but its very ill advised
