Highschool of the Dead Manga
Jun 6 2008, 3:57 AM EDT This is a great manga. It's main characters encounter such problems that one would expect in a newly zombified world. Such as bandits raiding camps, crazy politically correct people who think that they can save people with their words, heroic efforts made futile by others (a father tries to find shelter for his daughter and is stabbed by other survivors), and more. If you manage to find this series I highly recommend reading it. 7 out of 7 found this valuable. Do you? |

Jun 10 2008, 1:13 AM EDT As far as i know, no one has chapter 20 yet. I've looked all over. I dunno if the creator is taking a break or what. I just really hope it wasn't discontinued. When i find out more i'll reply! Do you find this valuable? |

Jun 16 2008, 1:20 PM EDT I just realized something. The contagion that creates the zombies isn't a Romero scenario. There is obviously a catalyst needed to turn someone. When the father is stabbed and dies, he does not rise again. Instead, he seems to stay dead. Now, I know they only hung around after that for a few seconds, but this still seems pretty significant. Do you find this valuable? |
