Jun 12 2008, 9:26 PM EDT The only real problem I see for Walking_Dead4's idea is you will be too weighed down by the sounds of it. Ill be fitted in a light assualt gear for very easy movement and little to no spare weight. I want to also have a seperate outfit for heavy raids and such, sporting a more complete set of gear and ignoring movement penalties. Does anyone else think that how your outfitted should be whether your solo or not? Think about it, if your all alone you want to be able to move quick and fire on the run, not getting weighed down by excess gear. BUT...if your in a squad of a few others it would be more reasonable to stock up and become a "walking weapons rack", since you will be able to watch eachothers back. Dont you guys think? 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

Jun 12 2008, 9:50 PM EDT Now, if I can go off on a really wishful tangent, I'd be on board a fully stocked zepplin, with racks of hunting rifles and shotguns, alongside several of my most trusted associates, with a shit ton of food and water, coasting over the heads of the rioters and the zombies. Now, to be more realistic, I jsut want to be able to get my hands on something big enough to be a bludgeon and to be able to make it to my most desired dig-in location: The big fortress in the middle of the city. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Jun 12 2008, 10:52 PM EDT I'll be decked out in my Han Solo clothes, with a metal-sheathed baseball bat at my hip, an eleven inch steel blade at my... ( I'm trying to remember where daggers go) other hip (?), and a bolt action rifle with a bayonet in my hands. And lots of extra ammo. Oh, and fingerless gloves for using the bat. I'll get an eight-foot-tall, extremely hairy man to be my companion. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Jun 30 2008, 4:07 PM EDT I really like Dooran's plan, except maybe not a zeppelin. A helicopter mounted with a mini gun should suffice. Maybe one on both sides. If the zombies can fly or if there's rioters, you might want to put like a bullet-proof or stab-proof windows with a hole to stick your mini gun through. Or better yet if I could, train a whole totally obedient ('cuz they have like no brains) zombie army to do the fightng for me while I escape. Training them might be hard though. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Jul 1 2008, 10:19 PM EDT Well, I'd like a zeppelin or blimp, except for one problem. If it's a hydrogen zeppelin, then it's one bullet, and you're screwed. Other than that, a zeppelin would be perfect. And helium zeppelins solve the problem of explosions. You can mount heaps of guns on your zeppelin, grow food, and if it's big enough, a very small aeroplane (eg. Ultralight or Cessna Two-Seater). 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Jul 5 2008, 9:49 PM EDT I would have 2 different pistols, a shotgun, a small rifle, ammo for those guns, and last but not least my short sword. To note a short sword is not a dagger, its slightly longer but its still lightweight and fast. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Jul 18 2008, 6:48 AM EDT well i guess you guys are right about it weighing me down but i would also take like a suped up jeep or car or something to make it easier and if i didnt i wouldnt have to move stuff i would just horde earlier then just wait it out until something bad or good happens like to many zeds for me to handle or that the rescue copter comes to save me so ya:) 1 out of 1 found this valuable.
