Jul 1 2008, 6:43 PM EDT I'm sorry, but I had to point this out. As I read down the page here, I noticed how Andy Reddson replied to John234 and thought that he had really bad spelling and grammer. Spelling at least. Then, as he answered McSkullcracken, he said he was the one who was supposed to go and fix that kind of thing. I noticed his spelling was much better there, so I'm sure he was just in a hurry to defend himself, but I found that really funny and had to say something about it...Sorry Andy. Do you find this valuable? |

I type my things up on MS Word. I let that checker do the work. Besides, I've noticed some flaws with spellcheck. 1) It doesn't notice gramatical errors. I guess that's why they call it "spellcheck" Do you find this valuable? |

Like I had to type a thirty page report. My spelling isn't great, but I can really do grammer when I want. I thought it was perfect because I thought it was and Word said it was. Handed it to Ms. Reid,and whaddayaknow, I'd muffed up one sentence, it went like I thinks that people were smart in todays world than they are in the previous century. I usually go back and check for that kind of stuff (don't know how I messed up that badly though), but skipped it that time. Word made me look like a dumbass... Do you find this valuable? |

Sorta like how my computer always cheats in chess when I'm about to win. >:( Alas, what would be do without computers in this day and age? Its a wonder that it can even correctly fix spelling errors. Not that I was alive in an age without computers :D ( Let alone computers with spell check. I'm pretty sure we had spellcheck then, but who knows?) but I'm sure life would be increasingly difficult without them Do you find this valuable? |
