Millitary vehicles and there fuel.

I was looking through the list of vehicles and I am very impressed damn good job everyone! I did however find SOME mistakes. The Buffalo is the V shape hull armored vehicle with the mine throwing arm. would not be used well against zombies it's slow and not strong enough to throw a man. the second one and that is very important is that ALL land based Millitary vehicles use JP8 but can use Diesel fuel. You put that the Abrams tank uses jet fuel no, it is a jet turbine driven diesel engine. Do you find this valuable?

Firstly, it's a Cougar variant, not a seprate vehicle.
Secondly, I wrote that, and to be honest, I agree; I think the idea of trying to hit the skin jobs over the head is silly, if not dangerous. However, as a wise man once said, "most of the people on this (site) would like to decide for themselves given both the pro's and con's to each subject instead of having you decide for them by covering up what is posted."
And thirdly: That's a little lot more technical than most of us understand.

I was on the site for 6 hours straight reading everyones input and I think you are not giving enough credit. There was a descussion about nuclear powerplants and if they would explode. A Engineer that works at one replied with exact details of all the safety measures that go into the plant. I look at this site very differently than when i first stumbled upon it. We are all thinking what IF and planning for it. There are alot of intelligent people useing this website like I am. Giving help and getting help. Do you find this valuable?

Firstly, as a GENERAL (not specific) rule, I doubt they will, and second ¿off mil vehicles? Time to put my bad guy hat on and go over it. TWICE…

If you guys are talking about the Aardvark Mk III (meh, I forgot to copy the name down...)

That thing would rip apart humans and zombies alike, leaving nothing except blood splatter and the occasional bone fragment... If it can break through 6 inches of rock ridden dirt, it can destroy the human body... :/

If you are not talking about what I think you are talking about... then you guys are F I N E. :D

And about the nuclear power plants, it would take something really catastrophic and so far out of operating capacity and procedure to detonate it resulting in a giant mushroom cloud... Even the Russians are not capable of making a nuclear power plant as bad as that...

If there was one single lesson we learned from the Cold War, It's that the Russian can build some spectacular death traps.

"Chernobyl."
oi oi. Chernobyl wasn't THAT bad. all it did was release tons of radiation all at once... It didn't explode...

The explosions seen were steam explosions, not really having anything to do with the nuclear reactor itself. The explosion I am talking about is a nuclear explosion. One that would destroy the entire plant totally and completely.

"(N)ot really having anything to do with the nuclear reactor itself."
Actually, the full reactor was exposed- Wide fucking open. Looked like a brick version of an Alien character.
While I take your point, it still stands that they DID blow up a reactor…

I think it's funny that all this stemmed from a correction with jet fuel in the Abrams tank! Do you find this valuable?

Yes, they did. more then once, I might add... I was referring to a nuclear explosion :P so, I guess we are both more or less correct.

What? I thought the Abrams Main Battle tank was fueled on the blood of American patriots and purred bald eagle chicks. Do you find this valuable?

A legless man walked into a bar...

the universe imploded...

Loosen up, people. Just because there is a joke doesn't mean you need to get worked up about it. Yes some jokes are a bit distasteful, but we all need to be careful. Just because this is a joke with a legless man doesn't mean it's necessarily insulting. okay?
