i can get to 113 in two minutes but stamina is easier to build try running up a flight of stairs in boots with a bag weighing atleast 20lbs then rundown repeat i prettymuch did this for mold remedation (taking contaminated up from a basement throwing in the dumpster grabbing new rolls of poly sheeting tape tools cleaning supplies paint and what else back down) you will also build up leg muscles of a demi-god and if you can do it in full tyveck during a hot oklahoma summer day for three hours in a row well then you are like me an insane psycho who can then move boxes along a flat area all day long
