Problem With the daisy cutter
Jul 25 2008, 10:16 PM EDT daisy cutters are supposed to be airdropped with a front sensor that detonates upon contact with ground (most conventionals dig into the ground, reducing their power). The only official daisy cutter weighs 15,000 pounds, so i don't think you'll be building your own or easily transporting one. The daisy cutter would be great against a large horde (million-plus), but not easy to use. You need to be a large survivor group or a military branch to use. Do you find this valuable? |

RE: Problem With the daisy cutter
Jul 29 2008, 11:16 PM EDT I guess I needed to clarify something. I was listing military options of sterilization. With the exception of certain sabatouge situations, civilian sterilization methods are practically nonexistent. Do you find this valuable? |

RE: Problem With the daisy cutter
Jul 30 2008, 1:00 PM EDT BLU-82 "Big Blue 82's" (commonly mis-identified as "daisycutters") are large-area explosives, intended to DESTROY objects. One is therefore well-proffited to question HOW they would be used to "sterilize" anything. Do you find this valuable? |
